Hi everyone. What a fantastic evening:jumper: John was great as usual:thumbsup:
After talking for a bit, John started. He look right over at our section and said something like - I'm over here, right under the chandelier. He was pointing in our direction so I looked up and realized that we were sitting under the chandelier! He directed his questions at my friend Vivian:
John: Mom's passed?
Vivian: My mother in law
John: There's an AD name like Aida
(When he said this I jumped cause her daughter' married name is Edel - pronounced Adel)
Vivian: yes Edel
John: Did you make your own wine? White wine?
Vivian: Yes! We made white wine from green grapes!
(Her family made wine when she was young)
John: Your mother in law was a bitter person in life?
Vivian: Yes
John: She's not anymore. She's sweet now.
John: Was she abused? Emotionally?
Vivian: Yes
(I think John said something like that is why she was bitter.)
John: There's a 19 connection
Vivian: Yes
(I learned that was the wedding anniversary of her daughter)
John: there's a daughter/younger female with her and she has
son with her.
Vivian: Yes my husband!
(John then mentioned that someone was missing a tooth I don't remember what Vivian said I'll have to check)
John: Is there something tangible that you kept from the wine
making? Like a special bottle of wine or a special
connection to the wine? Something tangible.
Vivian: Yes (She later said to us that her family kept a special
wine barrel that they just recently gave to a family
friend)
There is a lot more. But I really have to go now. I will post more tomorrow:)
Sounds great so far, Susan! We'll all be anxious to hear more. :jumper:

I can never sit for long at the computer.
Here's the rest of my notes from the seminar:
John: Is there twins?
Vivian: Yes my cousin has twins.
John: Is dad there?
Vivian: Yes
John: Went before mom?
Vivian: Yes
John: Their all together
John: There's a blood issue
(I don't recall what Vivian said, I'll have to find out)
John: There's an 11 connection, either on the 11th or the month
of November.
Vivian: Yes November
(At this point John said to Vivian "I'm going directly to the right of you. The woman on your right." My mom!)
John: Someone fell. To their death.
Mom: Yes, a cousin
John: Your mom has passed?
Mom: Yes
John: She says she can see again.
Mom: Yes! (We think this was my dad's mom again she had severe cataracts toward the end of her life)
(John then mentioned homemade sauerkraut and I'm not sure if I just wrote German or John said there's a German connection)
(My Gandmother, my dad's mom, was German and Vivian's son-in-law is German and we were just recently, about a week before the seminar talking about our German connections)
(When John mentioned the homemade Sauerkraut. My mom didn't get it right away. John said he was getting a feeling of something homemade, like sauerkraut, peanut butter or baby food. Then he said "it's like this person only made homemade baby food and would NEVER buy baby food from the store. We then knew it was my grandmother. She was always like that. She used to say to my mom that it was better to make your own. My grandmother was definitely like that and she always had home cooked german meals on the table.)
John: Do you have a heart condition or something vascular?
Mom: Yes. High blood pressure.
(We did not think that he meant my mom though. We think it was meant for Vivian. She had a heart attack this past September. John said to keep on top of it. Then John went back to Vivian.)
John: There is a hairdresser?
Vivian: Yes! My dad was a hairdresser and I was a hairdresser!
John: Are you Greek?
Vivian: No
John: I'm seeing a certain greek food. (I can't remember the
certain food John said we was seeing, but Vivian said yes
they always used to eat it.)
John: There's a Tommy/Tony?
Vivian: Yes Tommy.
John: Who's the cab driver?
(I forgot what Vivian said I'll have to check with her)
John: Is there an Egg Salad reference?
Vivian: Yes
Sorry I again did not write down what she said. This is where my notes ended. There were more validations from Vivian. I will be talking to her next week and post more if I get more info from her.
I'm going to stop here (this post is really long). I'll make a new post about the messages I received by just listening to the other readings that night.
Susan:)

The anniversary of my sister's death is February 11th. That's the Catholic feast day of "Our Lady of Lourdes". On February 1st, I started saying daily prayers to "Our Lady of Lourdes" and to St. Bernadette. Each day I prayed. I have a small bottle of holy water from Lourdes and I was blessing myself and my family all week with the water. I brought the little bottle of Lourdes holy water with me to the seminar. Before the seminar started, My mom and I blessed ourselves with the water.
After Vivian and my mom's reading, John went to the other side of the room. I was still thinking about the reading we just got, when all of a sudden John said "I'm seeing "Our Lady of Lourdes" and St. Bernadette. They are thanking you for your prayers." My heart jumped! I was overwhelmed with joy! A great validation even though it was on the other side of the room, which is where my mom and I first sat before the seminar! My mom said "lets not sit here lets go sit on the other side of the room.
Validation #2 - When John was still on the other side of the room(I'm not sure if he was still with the same family), he said there was a tree reference. I said to myself if he says a Weeping Willow tree I will faint. He said "I'm seeing a tree that was in the back of the schoolyard when I was a kid. It was a Weeping Willow Tree." I couldn't believe it! I wanted to jump up and say "Over Here! It's for me!" But I knew better. I didn't want to be a relative stealer :lwink:
The Weeping Willow Tree has a special meaning for me. I have a poem in my CAV Journal. I found this poem on the internet. It is about a weeping willow tree. It has a special meaning and I am not ready to share this poem right now. But hope I will be able to in the future. I am just so happy for that validation. It was something I prayed would come through at the seminar. I think that it came through the way it did bcause I am not ready to share the meaning of it yet.
Well, those were my two special validations that I received. A big thank you to the otherside!
Thank you to everyone for taking the time to read about my and my mom and Vivian's experience at the seminar. Sorry Erin I forgot to metion that you were there with us also. My friend Erin also attended the seminar. Erin said she also got little messages from her dad as well.
Susan :)

Your notes are really wonderful. The extra love notes from your family via validtions are your 'icing on the cake''.
All week I have been getting little love notes from my family from watching CO. It is such a sweet experience, so I can imagine how thrilled you were.
Thanks again. I love reading your experiences.
