I am lucky enough to be going to my first JE seminar soon, and I really want to be prepared for the experience. In watching CO, John has said numerous times that "doing your homework" (researching your geneology and family history) helps the other side get more information through to you when you get read. I am therefore wondering if anyone can validate that....I have a HUGE family and it will be a time-intensive labor of love to research them all....but I will of course, if need be.
Basically, what I want to know is...where do I start? Would names and birth/death and anniversary dates be sufficient, or do I need to go more into details like favorite foods, nicknames, etc. What has helped you, in other words?
Thanks in advance everyone!!!!!!:musicnote
