Hi Micki and Maggie... my first time post.. in time to say "me too!" for Sunday. I'm heading down with my friend Christine. My friend Lisa and her husband bought their tickets separately and they ended up right behind us... *cue spooky intro* lol We saw John both nights last Oct, here in Toronto. Are either of you attending the Monday night event as well? We're still debating it.

Hi Stacey!
I'm only going to the Sunday night seminar. I was afraid to go to any at first but then I decided that I wanted to have the experience of being there to feel what everyone else talks about (energy levels, John's aura etc.) One time should give me that. I finally reached the point of knowing that I don't really need to be read to get a lot out of a seminar, so I am thrilled to be able to get there on Sunday!!!!!
Did I talk to you on the Australian site about Sunday? The spelling of your name seems familiar!

Thanks for the Welcome, PhilsGail....
and yes Maggie.. I think we did communicate on the Australian board.. I did post about the TO show over there. :)

After being apart of John's events last Oct, I was quite hyped to attend another one - it's healthy to walk in not expecting a reading, but to expect a wonderful experience - and he's *so* funny too! lol

I think you had posted that you were in row G? Mind's going on me... ;)

Cheers!

Remember, everyone going, to make your meeting plans behind the scenes by emailing each other through your profiles. Don't post in public where you are sitting or how you will meet each other. It's for your own privacy and safety. :)

Oh I realize that Gail... I wasn't going to narrow it down to the seat and / or section... wouldn't want to be stalked in my seat.. lol I don't have plans to meet up with anyone.. just taking in the experience with friends then heading home to reflect.. ok, so maybe there *may be* a small 'after show' drink involved but we'll see... ;)

Hi Stacey!
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I was going to e-mail you the seat numbers through your profile and keep getting a message that says I don't have access to your profile page. So if you can e-mail me I'll respond, but your mind is working just fine!

hi everyone. I don't really post much but I'm also going to the Sunday show
with a girlfriend of mine. We both went in October and had a great time.
I watch Crossing over all the time and have read his books. I think John is
an amazing person who has so much to give. Can't wait to see him live
again. His messages have always reaffirmed what I always believed that
our love ones who have crossed are with us.

Hello, kitkat! Glad you have come out of "lurkdom" to post. I don't have to say, "Enjoy the seminar!" -- I'm sure you will. ;) Perhaps you can share your experience with us afterwards!

Jude :)

Hey Micki
I was there too, but can't recall most of the readings now...so unfortunately I can't recall yours. :( I was there both nights (last Oct) and the one that really stuck with me was on the second night - the lady whose child had passed and had the engagement ring 'with her' in the casket.

It sounds like you are going to have a great time with your group! That's what it's all about.. gathering up for a night out and making the most of it. Adventures are always a good thing... lol

Not to worry, ladies -- you're not doing anything wrong. :) New members do not have access to member Profiles.

Member status is based on a combination of length of time and number of posts. Even if someone has been a member for 3 years, if they only have 5 posts, they would be considered "new." Someone who has been a member for 2 weeks and has 50 posts might also be considered "new" (or possibly "hyper" :lwink: ).

Thanks for your patience!

Ah that makes sense... so do we have a magic number? I've been a member for awhile and up to a whopping "6" posts! lol

Hi Stacey, I will go to the other site and try to e-mail you from there.
Thanks for the traffic heads up! I had seen in the paper that there was also something at Shuter, but I hope not cuz the Eaton Centre is my favorite place to park. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Someone told me there is also parking at St Mike's Cathedral at Victoria and Shuter.

Hi again Stacey!
Went to the other site but the e-mail addresses are hidden there. I don't know how we can get in touch about Sunday. We aren't supposed to give seat numbers here, and now we can't access e-mail addresses (used to be able to not so long ago.) and we can't type that here either. I don't know what I'm wearing so I can't even tell you that. I suppose I could stand up at 6 and yell "Stacey where are you", but I don't think I have the nerve to do that. LOL

Hey Maggie.. too funny.. I can picture some strange lady yelling that out.. lol
I'm ahead of you by two rows, and I do know what I will be wearing but is that also a no-no to post here?
I know that other parking lot holds very few cars.... I *was* going to park at the new Dundas Square underground lot, but I know that will be full and impossible to get to. I was thinking that Shuter would be open where it ends at Yonge in order to drive right over, whereas traffic going North on Yonge may be blocked at Queen or at least Shuter... so the traffic on Yonge may be impossible to go up and make a left into the parking garage. I *may* venture down there tomorrow to check it out prior to Sunday night - I'm not too far away.

Stacey and Maggie, I'm not sure if you know this, but neither of you have your e-mail option enabled in your Profiles. Even a long-standing member would not be able to e-mail you unless you enable it.

The question in your User CP can be a little misleading, I know. It says "Display e-mail?" and you selected NO. You must select YES to receive e-mail from other members. Your e-mail address will not be visible at the board. It won't even be visible to the person who e-mails you unless you reply back to them.

:)

Thanks TXJUDE! That would explain it...
Meanwhile.. Maggie check your private messages on the other board.
I also think I did something wrong as my other "heads up re: traffic" post has either been moved or deleted - sorry if I boo booed (did I upset the admin?) I was just concerned about out-of-town folks who do not realize that our downtown area will be blocked around the venue on Sunday night.

Cheers!

Stacey, there was nothing wrong with your post and it is gone by accident. Please go ahead and repeat as much of it you can remember. It was helpful information for those going.
