Again, I hope that I'm posting this in the right place. I received an email that I believe that anyone who has now or ever has had a fur/feather/scaled baby will want to participate to helping these starving animals by cut & pasting or clicking on: http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com

This is like the daily click for Breast Cancer only for animals. I signed up! Please read and pass this on!!! The Animal RescueSite is having trouble getting enough people to click on the above site daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "feed an animal in need" for free. This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TODAY!! . Thanks!!

I remember reading about this a while back. Like most people, the first thing I wanted to know was whether or not it was legit. I checked the Urban Legends pages and found out -- YES, it is perfectly legitimate.

Thanks for the reminder.

Adrienne, that link doesn't seem to be working. Try this one for Animal Rescue (http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/CTDSites.woa)

Thats odd! Yes, I found the same message using the one that you suggested.

I usually check with Hoaxbusters.com, Snopes.com or Urban Legends when I get suspicious "too good" or "too bad" to be true messages!.

Oh Thank you!!

This is such an important cause, my furbaby and dearest Cadie Aria is a rescued border collie retriever mix and it is so important that these animals get what they need.

My uncle and his wife are really big with the rescues, so of course it made me think of him, but this time it made me smile...

I'll pass the link (the correct one) to friends and family so they can click as well!!

Blessings!
