michele, at the top of each page on here, you will see a colored bar going across.
You'll see...UserCP....Donate.....FAQ.....and more. Just click FAQ and you will read a lot of helpful information on finding your way around here.

Hi Michele - welcome!
Take Gail up on her suggestion to read around the board. There is a TON of subjects to explore.
About staying on friends.
Make a bookmark of the site. It is easy to come back into.
See you on the board - jump in anytime - the door is always open. :D

 Welcome to the board. Like Gail said there is plenty of reading material so get comfortable and have fun. I did want to answer your question. When I first went to John's seminars I took alot of things. Pictures, jewlery, if I had it I took it. But then I found out it didn't help so I "downsized" The last seminar I attended I just took my dad's dog tags and a "canadian dime " that they sent me. ( you can read about it here)

I was fortunate enough to get a reading at a Bridges Seminar in March. I don't think it was because of what I took though because I had those things with me all along at the other seminars.
Hope that helps
