Yay!! Thanks for the info!!
Yay! I had to sell my tickets to the seminar on Friday and now I get a second chance. Yippee!! :jumper:
After having a horrible week, this certainly helps. Go JE!
Edit: Oops...I just saw the ticket price....not so good. :(

Yea but remember the amount of people are only about 250. A lot less than the regular venue. And for me it was a better chance of getting read . I would think twice also about attending with that price.

It's also much less expensive than flying to New York, renting a car, and staying in a hotel. Right? Oh yea, I'm talking myself into this juuuust fine. No problem at all.:lwink:

Ya know, I was thinking the same thing... trying to talk myself into it.... we'll see what the credit card bill looks like tomorrow :P
Do I go, or not go... that is the question.... I'm still debating but you are so right, it is waaaay cheaper than a ticket to NY

You guys are definitely right that it would be a lot cheaper than coming to New York! I say go for it. It is a very different expereince having 250 people, whereas the average seminar has 1000+. It is more intimate, and he gets right into the readings rather than talk for a while to explain to people about the process. Sure he talks, but the majority of the people have been to other seminars, therefore they know his work. I really liked the smaller setting because it was more personal. And mostly the people there want to be there so the energy there is amazing! But remember do what you feel is right and its in your heart!  good luck!

I was wondering and hoping some of you in other parts of the country could experience a "Gallery sized seminar". They are worth going to. Long Island is the usual place for them and John can easily drive over to do them and drive back home right after.
Doing them in other parts of the country would involve more time and expenses. The price sounds reasonable to me when your other choice is to fly to Long Island and get a hotel room. :)

You know I've been going back & forth about this since finding out about it last night. This morning I had made up my mind NOT to attend but now after reading about the cost of this trip (about a 2 hr drive) vs a flight/hotel to NY is making me reconsider :) Guess I'm going to *try* to get a seat and if need be I can always sell the ticket here right? Oh I know I shouldn't have logged on here today, lol! Hmmm...now to figure out how to hide the M/C bill next month ;)

I'm wanting (hoping) to go to the Culver City one but when I called I only asked about the "California seminars" and got that answer. Even the T.C. website says that tickets aren't on sale yet. I'm hoping we have a shot at tickets...good luck to you!

You too!! Thanks!! I had the same problem when I tried to get tickets for Josh Groban when he came to Sac, first I couldn't get through on the website, then, couldn't get through on the phone line and by the time I got there and got in line, the show was sold out. So I am really hoping we both can get through :)

Doesn't John say there is no such thing as coincidences? Well get this...I had a ticket to San Diego for tomorrow that I couldn't attend and was going to have to 'eat' the cost if I couldn't find anybody to buy it and time was running out fast (yikes!). So this was part of why I was so hesitant in buying for the 'Gallery' show on sale today, but JUST AS I HIT PURCHASE on the gallery seat I get a call from a friend who wants to buy my S.D. ticket!! Ended up being a REALLY good morning after all :) Plus I also just remembered that the anniversary of something 'huge' is the day before the Culver City event! I'm beginning to think this was a ment-to-be situation afterall :)

Yippeeee!!!!!! :jumper:
My husband thinks I'm nuts for getting so many tickets(SF tonight, Fresno, and Sac, and now this), I am honestly not there for a reading but to hear the stories and share in the piece of the pie.

I was just thinking about what your husband would say this morning when he found out ;)
Well what can I say? I still wish a PA event would be announced. It's been too long since JE has been here. But alas, not anytime soon.
Pssst...retreat?
Congrats on your upcoming events, and don't forget, we get full details :)
