This is the most fabulous book by Jerry and Esther Hicks...I just finished it and it is truly life altering. The foreward is written by Dr. Wayne Dyer who wrote The Power of Intention. There is so much spiritual value in this book, I recommend it to anyone who feels like they are on the verge of discovery, but not quite sure which way to turn next. There are many references to your soul and spiritual growth.
