Hi Everybody
I know I haven't been as "regular" as I used to be. Have been busy watching the grandbaby. He was a year old on Valentines day :cake2: and has been walking all over the place since he has been about 9 months old.
I did have my weight loss surgery the end of September (28) but had to go back into the hospital for a week because of an infection. I came home on my birthday. Needless to say no :cake2: for me....lol I am doing good , feel so much better and the best part is I am down 75 lbs so far ! I'm getting in walking and using my gazelle. I am constantly thinking about you guys and how you are doing. Thank You all for your well wishes. Just wanted to update you.
Take Care,
Sandy

Just remember, when someone loses weight, someone else sucks it up. :D

Way to go Sandy! Take care of yourself. There is a lady at the Curves I go to that has lost an incredible amount of weight successfully since her surgery almost 2 years ago. She is now one of the trainers and says she feels so good physically and emotionally. Neat to have watched the transformation. You go girl!!!!

 Hi Sandy,
I had the same surgery in July. So far I'm down 100lbs. Because of my excess skin,I look like a human shar-pei. I had minimal complications. The day of my surgery they gave me an epidural for pain management & it malfunctioned causing my blood pressure to rise too high. Once they replaced it, I was fine. I've had a few episodes of an unhappy digestive system but I really can't complain.
I hope you're doing well & continue to stay healthy. It's good to hear from you because I've been curious as to how you've been.
Take care, Pam
