This week’s affirmation, as well as next week’s, is designed to set the stage for the rest of the year’s affirmations. Some of you are new to manifesting and the Law of Attraction, some of you have heard of it but not yet fully incorporated it in your lives, still others are already old pros at this, but whatever your level of expertise, please join us in using this week’s affirmation to manifest positive changes for our greatest good and highest purpose! I have decided that I will also start an affirmation journal. Nothing fancy but a place I can put everything together in one spot. It will be a place where I write down the affirmations posted here here, ones I use on my own, and others I hear along the way. Basically anything life affirming! I want to comment on what I see happening and what I am attracting. That way if i get 'one of those days' I can pull it out and see what I really affirm in my life!

Oh, and our Friends' weekly affirmation will go on a sticky for on my wall calendar and in my appointment book each week - then when I look at them - I am reenforcing my positive affirmation!

I have been using positive affirmation for 2 years and have come a long way - 2007 is the time it all comes together for me.

Mee too I just got this lively little note book and now I know what I will use it for. Its a great way to train myself to remember each one.

That's an excellent idea, thank you! (putting it in a journal).

I've also printed it out a couple of times and put it where I will see it often (the fridge, near the computer and in my bathroom :thumbsup:)


I'm going to follow Vincent J. Barra's advice and say it 7 times, at three different times of the day.
