The US DOD Defense Intelligence Agency has placed two documents on their freedom of information server. These are
readable and downloadable as Adbobe Acrobat PDF documents.
1. Soviet and Czechoslovakian Parapsychology Research

Many books on these subjects furtively refer to these studies but these documents are the first time the general public can read and study the definitive research to which such publications refer.
These are lengthy documents (130 pages and 71 pages respectively), should be printed out and read/studied.
