These topics are very poignant to me right now. I was becoming very angry and depressed with my current job situation and almost quit on a couple occasions. My attitude was really bad. Daily I was dreading going into work and I was afraid that it was rubbing off on the other nurses. I am the charge nurse, so I really need to show leadership all the time. It was when I was feeling particularly "picked-on" that I was introduced to "the Secret." I realized that the law of attraction was very much in effect in my situation and that it was my personal attitude that was making it much worse than it needed to be. After prayer and meditation and a good attitude adjustment, I started going in to work with a smile on my face and a song in my heart. Now things are better. I still need to find a job with better hours, just for my own health and for my family, but I will make the best of the situation and I am trying not to let the changes since the take-over bog me down.
These new topics on health, manifestation and so forth could not come at a better time for me. Synchronicity? You bet.:clap:

It's funny that you mention "The Secret"... I was just catching up on my spiritual cinema viewing this weekend and you guessed it ... "The Secret" was December's main event! I didn't even know I had it! What a powerful movie!

My son watched it with me and after seeing it he excitedly said, "I think I have already done this with out knowing it!" He gave me a very powerful example of this very thing in action and I think he is right!

He then told me about a boy named Trey in his gym class who constantly stole his P.E. clothes and picked on him at the beginning of the school year. He said he had imagined what it would be like without Trey in his class every day and how he would feel with out having to put up with him any more. I asked him if this was still a problem and he said no... about three weeks later the boy had been transfered into a different class! What a hoot!

Anyway we are planning on watching this again this weekend except this time with the whole family! Nick and I have agreed to try this on seperate issues in our lives and see what happens. Me with my weight and he with his homework situation. I will keep you posted on the outcomes!

"Flowdreaming" with Summer McStravick is also an excellent show on getting into the right vibrations (the flow), affirmations and manifesting. Summer is not into "woo woo" type of communication, she speaks on a very straight forward level, and even goes a tiny bit into physics. I really enjoy her show!

I listened to John "Albert" Holland for 45 minutes before I lost my internet connection. He is incredible. One of the callers had someone named Albert and John heard that name. He said it was his middle name and "now you know". :)

I will see him in person for the first time this June in Chicago. He is number one on the list of speakers I want to see at the Celebrate Your Life conference.
