I was going through some "stuff" from my old office at my old job ... and came across some "cute" ... or maybe not-so-cute postcards I had hanging up:

A Garfield one: "The sooner we make a schedule, the faster we can get behind.":o

A Peanuts one: "Everytime there's a good suggestion, someone brings up the budget!"

and 2 general ones:

"I try to take one day at a time ... but lately several days have attacked me at once.":redface3:

and

"Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.":cuss:

They're now in the trash ...

How about you? Have you taken a look around to see what YOU'RE MANIFESTING?:P

Oh yeah! How about music? There are a whole lot of songs that I used to sing mindlessly just because I liked the tune or the beat. Now I find myself singing in the car and saying "Wow! What have I been singing?!" What's in my car's CD player right now? Steve Halpern. No vocals...all relaxing. If I listen to the radio, its the classical station. Makes for a low stress drive.;)

Isnt it amazing how the simplest, funny little thing we hang on our wall turns out to be something we dont want in our life!!

Hi,

This does and doesn't apply to this thread.

Last year I came across a book on a water crystals study. How the simplest things deform and muddy water crystals, and since we are 70% water maybe we should be more careful about what we say, hear and even see.

The most beautiful water crystal can be changed into a deformed piece of muddy looking blob by an unkind word or piece of music. Beware of all those songs your children listen too. The cystals loved classical music, pictures of dolphins, and words of love. The opposite was true for rock music, rap music, words of hate and violent pictures.

So, what do you want to do TO your body. All these negative things takes energy from you and throws it away. I think we spend a lot of time balancing and rebalancing ourselves and we don't know why. Maybe after an hour of rock music, we find ourselves doing something to repair the damage. Reading an inspirational book or hugging a tree.

Those little signs might be cute, but what are they doing to our insides? Even gossip at the office causes changes. Saying bad things is saying bad things.

I am so glad I found that book. If you could see the before and after pictures of the water crystals you would be speechless. On the good side, we can repair the damage. I remember that book a lot on my really bad days.

You are all so right!
My new years resolution for 2007 is to watch my personal thoughts and attitudes especially ones about myself. We are also watching less TV - including the news. So much of it is negative and violence - even having it on in the back gound can have an effect on us.
