I much prefer your "I am patient". That is much more affirming and just saying it is calming!

What a great point!:) Saying "I wish..." acknowledges a lack of something. We know how powerful this can be from learning about the law of attraction. Acknowledging a lack of something provides resistance to bringing that into your life.

I have on my affirmation board " I show patience and kindness to my children" right now! Too cool. :hearts:

I am really quite patient.

I never really thought about it until I realized that my daughter is not patient at all.

I could not teach her patience either. She had to grow into it. All I could do is help her understand it.

I find that I am very patient with others ... it's me I'm working on, lol.
