I was wandering through some old threads and found a poll from several years ago asking about how you found us. There have been more than a thousand new members registered since that poll so I thought it might be time to ask that question again with some new options.

:hmm: Geez, talk about dusting off the cowebs in my brain to answer that question. It's been so long. Hmm...if I'm not mistaken, I think I googled John Edward and this board came up when the old name used to be JEfriends.org.

If my memory is correct, I think I Yahoo'ed "John Edward" after I read one of his books a couple of years ago.

In the early spring of 2001, an internet search for "John Edward" led me to this discussion group, which was located at Delphi at that time. A few months later, Pam created this website, and everything (including us) moved over here.

Hoo-wee, what a ride it has been!!! :hearts:

Jude remembers, but how many remember "the Old Delphi" days? We used to have a live chat after every Crossing Over on Sunday nights. We used to get dozens of people in that chat :)

Great fun, those chats. Of course between Delphi and the buggy chat software they were using, one could plan on getting dumped at least once an hour.

Almost six years ago, not long after my husband crossed over, I found a discussion board about John Edward and the show, Crossing Over. It had a mixture of believers, skeptics, and cynics posting on it. There were a lot of angry conversations on there. Pam posted this site address on it and I checked it out.

If I remember correctly, I was reading some talk show network board about John Edward. I posted about my Mom recently dying and how Crossing Over was such huge help. Someone said I was sharing just a little too much. Then someone else mentioned this board and I came here.

Nobodys ever complained that I shared too much here. At least not that I know of.;)

I heard about this site a while back while waiting in the dermatologist's office, and made a note of it. Seems very welcoming, though I'm still learning to navigate, and I hope to be able to post frequently.
