My birthday was absolutely spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The birthday festivities began last weekend when I went to Bon Jovi's concert, which was extra long because he was filming his tour dvd!!! He did his entire new album, "Lost Highway" and then did all of his greatest hits!!! I was in my "blaze of glory." ;) I absolutely adore Bon Jovi!!!!

Friday night my 2 best friends from home both came to my college to start the party! :beer: :beer: It was quite lovely because we had a girl's night with friends from 'Nova (I met them from my Italy trip.) My friend Priya had us over at her apartment where we had delicious mango margaritas and they cooked us a lovely dinner. We then watched some guilty pleasure reality tv shows and then headed over to Nova because the boys missed us. My friend Matt had everyone over and it was one wild party. At midnight everyone sang happy birthday and did some shots with me. It was fabulous.:beerhere:

Saturday morning I went to the wine and spirits store to buy my very first alcoholic beverage---champagne! Then we drove to my mom's to get ready for my party!!! Got my nails done and then got ready for the celebration to begin!! My mom and stepdad had everyone over and it just a wonderful wonderful party. I had about 20 of my closest friends over, my homies, Villanovans and my rosies. It couldn't have been a better night!!!! I can't tell you how happy I was to have the majority of the people who I love in my life be there with me to celebrate! Having everyone's presence was a huge gift to me. It was just marvelous!!!!!!!!! I had a lot of wine, played beer pong, and other drinking games, champagne, etc etc. Thank goodness for pictures because they fill in the blank spots lol My favorite quote of the night that I said after drinking rum was,"I am NOT a pirate!" classic moment that everyone kept repeating. good times!!!! :) My brother video taped part of it too, so it will definitely be fun to watch and re-live it all again!!! partied hard til the wee hours of the morning. i couldnt have asked for a better group of people to spend my 21st birthday with!!!!! In the morning my mom made everyone french toast and coffee after our huge slumber party. my party was soooo special and it really meant a lot to me that my friends cleared their weekend schedules to spend it with me. really touched my heart. a lot of my new friendships sprouted from my italy trip. there is not a day that goes by when i dont think about it, and I feel so blessed to have met and bonded with these wonderful people!!! it was absoultely an unforgettable birthday :cake2: :cake2: :beer: :beer:

Though my birthday weekend is over, the party is just getting started. hehehehhe ;)
