Hi I normally just lurk but wanted to add that I am going to both the Jacksonville and Orlando seminars. I live right in between the 2 places and can't pass up seeing JE again. I have seen him in Orlando last Feb and then again in Tampa last July. I feel so blessed having so many opportunities to see him. It is just wonderful to watch him work and fell the energy in the room. Who knows maybe this time we'll get read but if not I sure do enjoy just watching the process. My husband said Merry Christmas and told me to order tix. Yeah!!! I am so excited. I am also on the waiting list for a private reading (since last March) and can't wait to have a one on one with John. He has taught me so many things I would like to say thank you in person. Sorry for rambling but I am so excited!!!

I thought I was the only lurker around here! I enjoy this site so much because it keeps me in touch with all that's happening in the "world of John Edward". I've learned so much from everyone here. I'm a much more spiritual person since beginning starting down this education path that John seems to have placed me on. Thanks everone for all your posts! I love reading about your experiences.

Jill, maybe we can meet in Orlando.

Pam, Jill, and Jerri,
OK, that's 3 very lucky JE Friends going to Orlando so far. Welcome to Jill and Jerri! Thanks for "shoutin' out"! It's great to hear from you.
Thanks for giving me something else to look forward to (the seminar review and photos). I hope you all meet each other in Orlando. Warm up the irons for the t-shirt transfers!
Love,

Wow Pam...You really fell off that fence with a huge thud! LOL
All the way to Florida huh! There goes that wallet talking for you again!;)
Don't mind Ms Moody...Just wish I could escape winter with you. That would make me, hmmmm, a little on the jealous side.

Have a blast at the seminars Jerri and Jill.

I'm so happy for all of you going to the Florida seminar. John mentioned in one of his interviews that the strongest come through at a seminar. We, my daughter, son, and daughter-in-law, talked a lot to those we wanted to connect with for weeks before the seminar. I reminded my husband many times that he watched JE and he knows what he can do.:) We seriously did the short meditation exercise that John had at the beginning of the seminar and my daughter said she was mentally saying, "Please, Please, Please", to her father.
Keep nagging those you want to come through and it may help.
:D

When we get snow that lasts I will send some via UPS. I live in New England and it has felt like spring for most of our winter. Bet it snows on Christmas Eve.

Four of us will be truckin' on down to Jacksonville!! Funny....I kept reading all the seminar posts, and would just think that would never happen for me. Not going to say another word though until the ticket's in my hand! Love, Marcia

My sister knows shorthand so she will be able to take good notes at the seminar. I took a note book to the AC one and started out very well writing things down in long hand. Everytime we clapped for John, the note pad fell on the floor. We were so closely crammed together that I couldn't bend over to pick it up and had to use my feet to lift it.:(
When John walked over to us, we went into a state of shock and didn't write anything down. :) We are so thankful to Cyndy (Scrambled6) who realized it was us getting the reading and who sent John's assistant, Carol, over to us after the seminar with the notes Cyndy had jotted down.
Bring along someone with you who is a good notetaker and tie the pad around your neck. :D
Gail :)

Hi everyone, remember my son is getting married in orlando on the 10th march? I found out about the seminar and phoned from england at 2am ( your time ) I was so excited and amazed that someone picked up the phone at that time of the morning and was sooooo excited ....I thought I'm meant to see him. Only to be told that they had just sold the last two...I was distraught.
However for some reason I logged on to Ebay (never used it before) and couldn't believe my eyes when up popped two tickets for the seminar in Orlando. Put in my bid (ouch ) and got them!!!!
Will feel happy when they arrive on my doorstep but I am nearly there!!!! does anyone know what time it starts..are they designated seats..how long does it go on for ? Don't care if I don't get a reading..just want to see him in action. Hope I'm not too jet lagged. I arrive on the 7th in Miami and will then be driving up to Orlando by car on the 8th. Anyone know how long that takes?

Hi Ramases:

The seminar for Orlando is 6:30-9:00 pm. If you click on "calendar" up top, and type in the month/year (at bottom), you will see seminars listed.

Also, FAQ (frequently asked questions) for seminars are also listed. If you scroll to the top, and click on "Seminar Tour", it will bring up a page and at the top of the page in a thread started by Pam, it will say "Frequently asked questions about seminars".
There you can fiind out more info about seminars.

I am assuming that the seats are General Admission, due to the price at $45.00. If you go to telecharge.com (search JE), you will find more info out also. There are links on the left side that you can click about the seminar and the venue itself. Even a phone number that you may call for directions and parking.

You may be the first member from across the pond to attend a JE seminar who we know!! Yea!! Have a great time and please keep us posted!

Take care, Cyndy

Ok, I have myself, Delusionalblonde (Pam), Jhoelle (Jill), Jtraflet (Jerri), and Ramases going to Orlando. Anyone else? We will have to try to meet and get a group picture. It would be great to sit together and help each other to help our loved ones come through.:)

Well I haven't been to Florida in about 5 yrs.--but Miami is near the bottom of Florida and Orlando is kind of in the middle. So, you probably have a good 8 hr. drive, maybe more. My folks live by Port Charlotte which is the left side of the state, sort of lower-middle. When we went to Disney World, it took us 5 hrs. to get from there to Orlando.

You'll need a map of Florida so you can get around.

Hi Ramasas, looking forward to meeting you at the seminar. Florida is a long and large state. It is a long drive from Miami so give yourself plenty of time. I remember seeing a story in the Reader's Digest about a couple from England who had to call the hotel they were heading to and cancel their reservations for that night, they said they didn't realize how big our country is.:D

Thanks widow....I will be up at the crack of dawn....if I get my tickets nothing will prevent me from getting to the seminar in time. I might be somewhat dishevelled and grubby but will be there!!

Ramases, remember to bring very casual and light clothing. Florida can be very warm and humid. Americans don't "dress up" very often. I remember it was cold in England in July when I went there a few years ago. We stopped for a picnic and were "freezing".

Ramases,

Congratulations!!!! What a wonderful New Year's gift!

I think Orlando is about an 8 hour drive ..... I recommend going to Mapquest. I think the link is:www.mapquest.com (http://www.mapquest.com) you can then type in where you will be in Miami (hotel or whatever) and type in the name of the convention center and it will give you directions and an estimated driving time. Actually I just went to Mapquest and put in Miami, FL to Orlando, FL and it said it was a 4 hour drive. If you put in specifics it will give you even better instructions. Remember we drive on the "wrong" side of the road! So maybe you will need some extra time! :)

If you need a map or atlas just let me know I can pick one up for you from AAA (auto association) It will give you specifics and map it all out for you nice and neat! Just PM me and let me know!

Once again Congratulations!!

Hi everyone
Just to thank you all for your feed back regarding the time scale from Miami to Orlando...I really appreciate it.
I am so excited....I cant wait till March. Some of you I know have been to a seminar....what is it like? I have read all the wonderful info put on the site by Pam....very helpful...thank you. I'm like a sponge at the moment, I want to know all the details. Is it anything like the programme "crossing over ". I gather there will be a lot of people there and as I am travelling up that day won't be able to get there early to get a seat....is it sometimes standing room only? Will I be able to see him?
It should be a great trip. Two days spent with both my sons, husband and future daughter-in-laws...spending the 9th in Disney with my beautiful grandson...on his first birthday!!! The 10th is my eldest sons wedding AND ....we all know what is happening on the 8th don't we? On the 11th my youngest son and his fiance will be joining my husband and I for a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas!!! What a few days.

Ramases, there are detailed descriptions on here from those of us who attended other seminars. Some are under testimonals and I think some are under seminars. They are not like the small group on the show but have many more people at them, sometimes up to 3,000 people. They are like the show because John does the same type of readings and will do them anywhere in the audience. Hope this helps.
(I'm a three time grandmother).

Re Seminars: I was late to the MPLS one, and got a seat, and he was all over the place, so I was able to view and see and hear most of the readings.
Remember if you are suppose to be read you will be no matter where you are, so watch those bathroom breaks.

Good Luck,
Love, light and peace,
POOH
