Just saw the the PBS Series "Joseph Campbell and the Power of Myth", hosted by Bill Moyer, will be repeated on my local PBS affiliate at 12:00 noon, August 12th. (Columbus, Ohio.)

I can't recommend this program enough. Joseph Campbell was a lifelong student of comparative mythology, and this show give so much insight in how the beliefs of people through all cultures and ages ties together. I found it very comforting to see how the world is linked together spiritually. All paths seem to lead to the same place.

I second that! I got the video series with Bill Moyer from my local library - about 8 tapes I believe, and I have the book. Sadly, Joseph Campbell has crossed over, he is one of the greatest minds of our time, so knowledgable about what humans believe about themselves.

*raised glass to Mr. Campbell*

Anyone who is a fan of John Edward, will likely love Campbell's work.
