Licence to Practice

Since the subject of licencing psychics, mediums, atrologers, etc. has come up on this board before, I thought you'd like to read this article about just such a practice occurring in my own town.

So far, it's just for astrologers. :)

Nah, we've been licensing astrologers pretty much since the 1930's (The reason has been lost in the mists of time.)

Of course, it was only worth writing an article about it now. Hmmmmm, wonder what brought that on?
