My mother's reading was on CO today, it was the last segment of the show. I was sitting next to the doll Adrienne, you could see Jimmy and Kristen(taking notes) next to Adrienne. I went to my mothers house to watch it with her. She cried when she saw the picture of her mother. I feel really bad that some stuff was cut out for the others that were there with us, time must not have allowed it :( I was very proud of my mother and honored for my grandmother, who crossed when I was 2. It was great to relive the experience again.

Oh, no! I must've missed it! I hope we can find out when it'll be on again, or watch for it to come on SciFi!

Tara,
I think it turned out wonderfully well for your mother. It was a very touching reading for her and wonderful to see on tv. It was an honor to be a part of. I'm so happy for her.
God Bless,
Kristen

Kristen, I feel so bad, I really wish your stuff could of been validated by JE. It was more then a me too for you;) I am so grateful that you and Adrienne were there with me and my mother. There was a couple things cut. My mother validated the red white and blue comment that came with her mother's brain tumor comment, afer the show on camera but they did not put that in there, you know because of not enough air time. My mother told them how her mother was born on Memorial day and until she was 12 years old she thought the flags were out for her birthday. Watching really made me feel like the reading was really for all of us and we WERE suppose to be there together.

I taped it today and hope to watch it tomorrow! It will be good to put faces with your names. Thanks for letting us know. It sounds like it will be a good one to see!
Peace

I rarely watch CO (shhh, don't tell anyone) because it comes on during an awkward time during the day on satelite. Jeff just got us hooked up with "local" programming which means it comes on at a better time for me, and for some reason I turned it on today, to see a familiar face - Tara - and her wondeful mom whom I was lucky enough to meet in Chicago this past March.
I didn't see the whole reading, but I tuned in just in time to hear him say "there was a bird....." and saw Tara's head WHIP to her left - I knew she was looking at Kristen, who was off camera and I kept my eyes peeled to the TV trying to figure out "ok, where is Kristen, which one is Adrienne?" :)
It was a nice reading, and a nice followup afterwards. I wish I could have caught the whole thing. I'm so happy for your mom Tara, and for you, and everyone else who got the "me too's" during that reading :)

Pam, I am so glad you were able to see a part of it. I knew that little birde was for Kristen. Adrienne was the lady in purple to my right, she was wearing purple, her hubby was to her right and then Kristen was on the end.
Did you see my face when my mother claims the fact that she was thinking she should not be there, udder disbelief:eek: But it was for a genuine reason, she was not dissing JE:lwink:
I am glad you got a glimpse of the segment.

Oh darn, I would have liked to have seen it! I was still out of town. If someone knows it's coming up again, I hope word goes out so I can catch it.
I'm very happy for all of you who attended, reading or no because I can tell it was very special no matter what.

Julie, it was the one where John said someone did not want to be there, and had a bunch of animals come throug. A dog, a bird, a cat. My mom was wearing her glasses, she had short black hair and I am right next to her with blond hair and then angelsmailroom is next to me with dark hair, glasses and a purple jacket on.
Does that help?

Julie, our family dog came through. My grandmothers who passed from a brain tumor, and there was a red white and blue connection to that, which we recalled after the reading that my grandmothers bday was memorial day. Stuff about my mothers house and caution to her basement stairs. Also some very strong messages from my grandmother to my mother about her passing and my mothers feelings at that time. Feelings that my mother thought she did not even have until they were brought to her attention and now she has been able to deal with a lot of issues that she has been hiding from. AMAZING!!!!
It took me a year or so to get the call back. Keep calling it is worth all the effort.

Namaste,
Thanks again for sharing the details. I guess maybe I did miss that one. I am going to check my tapes and see if maybe I have it.
My family too had the awesome experience of being read by John. Once at a seminar, and once via a radio contest. I know exactly how your family feels!- It's like winning the Lottery, but better-right?!! What a gift!! I even got a "pink rose"- that of all things meant so much!!
Juie, please tell us about your readings and when you had them. There is a thread on here that lists every member read by John and I would love to add you to it.
Gail :)
