" Dimes"

When I attended the Sunday evening seminar in Westbury on June 29 a person from the audience asked about finding dimes and what it means and if it is true it means our crossed over loved ones are around. John answered by saying yes, this was the first time I heard of this.
Today I had a holiday bar b que with my father, husband daughter son in law and son. We were talking about many things while eating dessert and my father who is 83 was talking about things that had happened in his life when he was younger. My mother has been gone since 1989. It was the first time he has been so open with his stories and talking about life with my mom since she passed. I mentioned to everyone about the seminar on Sunday and how John spoke about finding dimes and my daughter looked at us and said, "Look at this dime I found on my chair before I sat down to eat dessert. Well, we all looked at her and then she said"I knew Grandma was here all the time listening to Grandpa's stories!"
I feel so good tonight and am happy to receive this sign. I had never heard of finding dimes before , however now I know the meaning.

Thanks for your lovely reply. As you may or may not know I have seen John ten times, eight seminars and twice at the gallery and never been read. I was at Westbury last Friday night with my husband and on Sunday night with my son. I enjoyed myself and was so happy for the people who John read. I still feel my time will come. With this experience tonight I am sure my mom has been watching me when I go to see John and for some reason has not been able to come through but this validation tonight has me feeling as though she has been with me all the time.

I am a 'pennies from heaven person'. Often when I have been thinking about a crossed loved one or talking about them, I'll find a penny.

Last week, my husband and I ate out and then went to the drug store. During dinner we had talked about four people who crossed close together - our best friend, my dad, his mom, and my mom. As we were leaving the drug store, Phil looked down and said "Look - there's a penny, two, three, four!" I told him they were pennies from our loved ones.

I am not sure what he thought. I picked them up and handed them to him and said "Here these are yours, say thanks!" :musicnote

As far as dimes, I have a dear, dear friend that passed last year. I associate dimes with him, so when I find dimes, I say hi to him b/c I know he is around.

Dear Starlasue,
I have always known about pennies however this was the first time I heard about dimes. Apparently many people know about dimes including John.
Just a note, I just got back from the supermarket and when I got to my car, there was a penny on the ground by the door.

One day a couple of weeks ago I had meditated in the morning to the J.E. tape "Meditations 1". I think that is the tape where he says to tell your loved ones to send you a sign. I was thinking about my grandparents and my dad when he said this, so I asked them to send me a sign. Later in the day I went to the library and when I went to get out of the car I looked on the ground next to the car door and there on the ground were 2 dimes. I picked them up and said thank you to my grandparents. What a nice gift! Kim :)

I too find dimes, lots of them! I truly can't remember this happening before my father crossed this January. Just as he was crossing, his nurse walked in the room and said "someone left a dime", and handed it to me. Within a week or two of his crossing we traveled and when I walked into the hotel room there was one dime sitting on the bed . About a month after that my sister and I were putting his picture in frames to give to his friends and propped up on one of the frames laying on the table was, you guessed it, a dime. When we brought the pictures to one of his friends, he mentioned that Dad used to glue dimes on the ends of golf tees, something I never knew.

I started finding them and only them all over our restaurant. One night I wasn't there and one of the girls that works for us found 3 dimes, all in different places. The other lady working with her told her to put them back where she found them, that they were for me!

It was great to hear your story. I am so happy I learned about the "Dimes" at the seminar, I am always looking now for dimes as well as pennies.
It is wonderful to hear such validations from everyone here.
