Just wanted you to know that I got "The Call" at 6:55PM tonight from JE's Office with the Information. She was so nice and was patient with all the questions I had to ask. Hope to see you all there. I am very excited and wanted to tell you all right away.

That was one of the questions I asked, about the Confirmation Number if we need to give it at the door. She said no, just give your name. My impression is that the Confirmation Number was just a Formality. As long as they have your Name and Phone Numbers, everything should be ok.

I got my call on Friday, July, 18. At about 7:00 in the evening. The "gallery" will be on Sept 9, 2003 in Long Island.
I got the time, address, and phone number of a contact person.
Hope all that got through will be getting their call soon.

Monday Morning

Hey all!

Just wanted to report in that I too received my call from
JE's office at 5:00pm(CST) on Friday evening. It was hysterical
here (what a couple of boobs - my husband and myself). I had laid down to take a nap at about 4:30pm and when the phone rang, both my husband and I answered at the same time. He didn't hear me answer, so when the gal asked for me, he starts
yelling to me to pick up the phone. I am trying to answer him through the phone and he keeps yelling for me. This poor woman
had to listen to all this and finally he got the message that I had
picked up the phone - so he hung up. I tend, when I am sleeping
to answer the phone so quick that I am not always awake when I say hello. Not a problem this time, but I switched into over-drive and kept telling her - let me find a pen. No pen where there always is one! In fact I realized that there was no paper there
either, so what good is the pen? I am talking to her all the way from the bedroom to the kitchen to hold on that I am searching for a paper and pen. She was wonderful!!! She was laughing and didn't seem to be upset that it was taking me soo long to
get myself together. I sware, I felt like a 15 y/o getting information on my first sock-hop!

We are on Tuesday, September 9th @ 7:30pm. My sister and I are flying in and want to spend a few more days in the city to catch some of the sites, etc. I was so surprised that they said "Fall" and it ends up being at the beginning of September.
I was hoping to see New York during the fall. Plus the weather
would be nicer and more temperate then. But believe you me, I would crawl through broken glass to be there for this.

Hope everybody has heard something by now. But rest assured, there is no problem if you called in on the 21st and didn't get a confirmation number - they know that and will give you one when they call you. (At least mine did.)

When I got off the phone the first thought I had was to get on here and tell you all. But of course, I had to call my sister and let her know that we got "the call". And you notice how quickly I
got on here to tell you. (I am easily side tracked if you can't tell.)

Just telling you all about this has gotten me all excited again! What a wonderful way to start the week.

Kathy, I do not know the answer to your question, but I have a question for you :) Did you get through the first sat or the second one of calling in. I am wondering if they are doing call back for the first sat then the second or something like that?

Anyone who got the call can you post whether you got through on the first sat or second???

Did the newsletter say anything about two sessions or just one session?

I got through on the first Saturday. The newsletter said groups of approximately 250 so I am assuming there will be as many seminars in groups of 250 as it takes to have everyone attend that is interested. My guess, anyway.

Well my impression is that there will be a few of these seminars planned. Otherwise why would they open the phone lines for 2 Saturdays in a row for 5 hours each day.... there's a lot of us Bridges peeps out there! So go relax and enjoy your lemonade on the porch swing :lwink: and don't forget to take the phone with ya... It'll be our turn soon enough. ;)

Did anyone get the Seminar date for Sept. 11th? <ebm>I got through on June 21st. I'm part of a Support Group "The Compassionate Friends" for Parents who lost Children and there are two Mothers in my Group who lost Children in the WTC 9/11 - all I keep thinking of is if I get a reading would any of their Children come through with Messages for their Mom's and especially my Little Girl Lauren who would have been 5 on 8/24. Hope to see some of you on the 11th.

Margies girl had an extra ticket for Sept. 9 She contacted PhilsGail who contacted me and to make a long story short...Woohoo!! I'm so excited!
I had been upset about not being able to call-in on those 2 Saturdays because I did not receive my Newsletter for the verification and I never received a response from my e-mails and messages to JE's office.
I then just accepted that it was not meant to be...I trusted in the process and let it go. If it was meant to happen, it would have.

When I received an e-mail from 'Margies girl' confirming that 'Yes' I could have her extra ticket, I started crying and then I was excited and nervous...me? go to Long Island...by myself!! Can I do this?? For a chance to see JE?? You bet...I will find a way!!!

Hey there Paula. . .

I don't think you need to worry about not being called yet.
You just hang in there and know that a call will be coming your
way. If you got through, you will be receiving a call. They just have sooo many calls to make. Hang tight and you will get
your call too. There is still a lot of time until say the Sept. 26th date. And you will still have plenty of time to get your plans made.

Think of flying as being just that much closer to heaven. What a pleasing thought.

I love to fly and have enjoyed every single flight I have ever taken. As a matter of fact I would LOVE to be the pilot. What a treat that would be.

Rest well and enjoy the experience. Get a window seat so you can watch the clouds as they go by. See how beautifully the cities are layed out below you. The engineering of the layout is amazing. Neat stuff - wish I were going with you;)

Have a wonderful time - nothing else will compare to it - absolutely nothing...

I know just how you feel. I am also going on Sept. 9th, but I plan on driving. It is about a 5 hour trip which doesn't seem too bad, but I am so scared to do this on my own. It has been a long time since I have done anything like this alone. I just keep thinking to myself...you 'CAN' do this. It will be such an awesome experience to be at an event like this with JE and lots of JE Friends.
And like Irishrose says 'nothing else will compare to it...absolutely nothing'

Might I suggest John's tape on Psychic Self-Defense? It is a great tape with a lot of helpful information and meditations on it. He even has one for vehicles and flying. I have actually used it many times when flying. I have found that when I use it a calmness comes over me and I actually have a very peaceful and relaxing ride.

You probably still have time to order the tapes if you don't already have them...or maybe you could borrow one from someone?

Great idea! I am sure things will be fine BUT...I was given the frequent flyer miles and the trip was arranged for me by a friend I will be visiting in Kansas City prior to the seminar. I am flying on 9/9 from KC to Chicago then to Boston then to Long Island..finally landing. <ebm...too much unsafe personal information>Absolutely no room for error on my part or by weather problems or by anything. That is my anxiety..making all these connections in time. I could not turn down the free trip and it was the only way it could be arranged but.... I keep thinking, if I was meant to be there, I will be there. Deep breath... Thank you, all, for your suggestions. Makes me feel better already. ;)

Hi Kathy, I'm not a great flyer myself. I do this little
ritual before the plane takes off--I say the Lord's Prayer, surround the whole plane in a big bubble of White Light of love and protection. Ask Archangel Michael to protect you and ask for prayers for the pilots in control of the plane to be protected also.

Just think of these big huge hands of White Light that are holding up the plane as you are flying through the air. I don't think John likes flying either :)

My line was busy for about an hour and ten minutes. While I was trying I was talking to my grandparents and uncle who have crossed over. I said " ok, Grandma, Uncle Phil, this would be a wonderful way for you to get messages through to mom and dad, so, if you could , could you help me get through?" About a half hour later I got through. My son thought I was nuts because I was running through the house whooping and hollaring, I was SO thrilled! The lady who called me back to confirm was really nice. She said that John is more lively at these events because he doesn't have to worry about cameras, and that I shouldn't be surprised if the readings go on until 11:00 PM, since John doesn't stop until the energy does. I can't wait!!

Hey all! Just wanted to pass on a little information from John's office. I was speaking with them today and was asked to let everyone know that they are still working on the call backs. Everyone WILL get called don't worry. There are lots of calls to make and the ladies doing the calling are their evening staff. They are working as fast as they can at getting everyone called so hang in there...your phone will ring soon!

Well, now that it has been determined that the northeast power outage was only a power problem, not terrorism related.........I must chuckle to myself.......

I believe I am one of the only ones left who did not yet receive a call back. However, I see "Get Psych'd" was on my caller ID today about 45 minutes before the power outage!! Unfortunately I didn't have my answering machine on. Of course, I'm sure the outage put phone calls on hold for the rest of the day, and I had to laugh to myself. I am trying so hard to be patient......this is the ultimate test!
Hopefully tomorrow, once there is power..........

If I didn't have SLOW luck, I'd have NO luck at all :lwink:
