Hi Everyone,
Vegas was great. I enjoyed it a lot. We all met and had breakfast as planning, we even saw each other for a bit for dinner. No one really got a reading from our group, but I walked away with a lot. We all got signs and messages thru other people's readings. I had a really good time, just to watch the 4 different styles of the mediums work. I also picked up 2 new books that were on sale there. John brought his son out on stage at the end, he's cute. I was really a nice time, I'm glad I went.
Much Love,

Hi everyone!
The seminar was fantastic!! What stuck out the most for me with the different mediums was how important the "frame of reference" really is in connecting with a medium. They really each have their own language. At one point John Holland told a story about how he knows lots of people are watching Crossing Over because they'll ask him clarification questions using JE's symbols. He laughed and said he was trying to described someone to a sitter and she asked, "Are they above, below, or to the side?" Apparently, he doesn't get that above, below, to the side thing.
The couple who were on Crossing Over last week, devastated that their son hadn't come through, were there and she was picked to ask a question again. She told John that they'd been to the gallery and were so disappointed they didn't get a reading, but this time, even though they again didn't get a reading, they were OK because now they understood the readings aren't as important as acknowledging the signs they get on their own. JE almost lost it, he was really choked up.
I only have time to post about one reading so I'm going to do the one that stuck out the most for me even though it's not for the faint of heart. Anyone with a queazy stomach, prepare yourself.
It started in a amall section of the balcony. John (Edward) asked who had the connection to the older female who had all the "Old World" remedies, specifically one involving blood. A woman in the section identified with that but the story she told didn't have anything to do with blood so when she was finished John asked to hear about the remedy that involved blood, specifically, menstrual blood. They woman in front of the other woman stood up and said her grandmother used to tell her kids to put menstrual blood on their pimples to clear up their skin, and it worked! She said she didn't want to claim it because was embarrassing. John said he had to have something very similar in his frame of reference to get it so specifically, not to feel bad. The grandmother had had TWENTY TWO children!!! I was wondering where she was able to find any menstrual blood to begin with.:D
Gross I know, but it was a very good reading!
I'll try to post more later but I let a lot of things slide going to Vegas and now a I'm in a bit of a school panic:goofy:
One last thing!! At the end John said he had a surprise for everyone and Sandra came out with the baby. He's VERY cute!! When everyone started clapping his eyes got really big and he looked a little nervous but he didn't cry, and they were only out long enough to wave to everyone. What a little sweety!
Meeting everyone made the whole weekend very special. See you all in November I hope. Fingers crossed!
Sandra:)
Valerie and I just got home a couple of hours ago after flying all night and with no sleep. We are exhausted but I want to say we had a FANTASTIC time meeting all of the JEFriends and watching the wonderful seminar.
Each of the mediums did readings on people and their styles were all different. Microphones being held by the mediums were shutting down right and left during the question's period and John was kept busy running behind stage to get new ones.
It could have been warmer and sunnier in Vegas but we ignored seeing our breath outside. :D I'll post more but I'm starting to see double. :) Loved meeting all of you there.:jumper:
Gail;)

That couple on John's show last week that asked a question in reference to not getting a reading was so moving. How neat that they were in Las Vagas and validated what John had said. That not getting the reason might be the lesson and Journey they had to take to understand the process.
This work is so incredible.....you just never stop learning.
Thank you everyone who is taking the time to stop and "check in" with us. It sounds like you had an incredible time - I wish I had been able to be there! We'll patiently wait to hear more. I'd love to hear about John Holland's style, and the other medium's readings.
I thoroughly enjoyed seeing John Holland for the first time. He was nervous about doing readings in such a large group because he's never done it before. He still did an excellent job on finding who his reading was intended for and his readings were as good as John's are. He seemed the most like John to me and he has a very likeable personality. I watched him closely, as I did Robert Brown and Suzane Northrop. It's the first time I've been able to watch any other medium besides John doing live readings. I liked his style and personality and can see why he and John are friends.
The whole experience of being there and seeing all four of them on stage was exciting. I hope John does it again, although he said it wasn't easy to schedule getting them all together at the same time.
Gail :)
I would like to know if anyone else at the event experienced the same thing I did. It happened near the end when John was doing readings. I know I was up close to the stage and had bright lights on me but at one time they seemed to get considerably brighter and John had a beautiful blue aura around him. I'm not someone who ever sees color in auras and it could have been my imagination but it seemed very clear. The air also felt charged.
The sensation didn't last long and I could not duplicate it. I also could not look at it and hear John talking at the same time so I pulled away from it.
It was very nice while it was happening and I wish I had mentioned it to Valerie at that time. I don't do psychic things but they are done to me.
Gail :)

Las Vegas was great!! John and Friends was fabulous!! Meeting JE Friends was wonderful!!
A huge CAV to Gail. She took the time to make a list of the JE Friends who were attending. Although Gail says she's not very good on the 'puter, she made beautiful JE Friends cards and laminated them too!! So, no more 'I don't do well on the computer', Gail!! :cuser: She also arranged both breakfast and dinner get togethers.
Lastly, Gail gave Appreciate Pins to everyone.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention -- Gail is as lovely in person as she is here. No big surprise, huh??

Gail....I am so glad that you posted your experience regarding seeing John's aura (if that is what it is). I have been to four seminars and have experienced something similar each time. For me, I don't see the color so much, but the energy surrounding him. To me it kind of looks like the heatwaves that comes off of hot pavement.
I always thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me because I had never considered that I had any of these abilities at all. However, at the most recent seminar I happened to whisper to my friend (who has always experienced psy phenomenon) if she saw anything and she did confirm that she saw it and it was blue!
I guess we're not crazy or losing our eyesight...it really is happening! VERY COOL!

Hi Gail,
That is so awesome that you saw that! :rainbow: When someone is in front of a crowd entertaining or teaching, their aura actually expands dramatically. They seem to put more energy out when they are acting in this capacity. I've been to a couple seminars and saw this as well. As you can imagine, John's energy is HUGE! :lwink: You should read The Celestine Prophecy. There are chapters about the very subject of this energy.
Way cool!

Just wanted to say that I wished it had worked out that I could've spent more time meeting all of you. I was with my sister and she is unbearably shy around people she doesn't know.
she just wasn't upto the group breakfast or dinner. I was so glad I at least got to meet you and say hi at in the foyer.
Gail it was so nice of you to give us those gifts I have my card on my cube wall to remind me of the day so thank you
again
maybe the next time ( I hope there is one soon ) we are all going
I will be brave enough to go by myself and get to spend more time with the group when I get there.
my two cents on the seminar was WOW! and WOW!
JE was amazing he just swoops in and just bam reads one after another I just loved it. I was drained and exhausted afterward just watching and experiencing his readings from the audience.
I can't imagine how draining it must be for him.
I do have to say that Robert Browne really impressed me I realize he has been doing this much longer but his accuracy will blow your mind. (can you imagine JE in another 15 years)
RB went right to the people he was reading and gave
very specific detailed information..there was one reading that really touched me that he did and that was the 3 sisters who had lost their 21 year old brother in a car accident and he gave very detailed info about the location and the injuries and that there was 3 people in the car. then when he said that there was a girl who was the passenger and that they blamed her i was in shock as the sister in the middle broke down and said yes.. i blame her as the story unfolded through his reading it came out that the girl panicked and grabbed the wheel..which the sisters said she had told them had happened. now I am sorry to say i don't have the time at this point to tell all the details but the main point was that the brother was there to tell them it was the girls fault she panicked and that they needed to forgive her so they could get on in the grieving process or they would never be able to heal. I bawled like a baby during this reading and felt so much for these girls knowing how hard that journey to forgiving this girl would be but it really made me realize it's hard not to want to put the anger and blame on someone instead of forgiving even those who wrong us in our lives day to day. which i thought i already knew and practiced but when i looked at myself a little more closely realized thats not always the case so this was definitely my big message. That when i hold onto the anger and resentment everyone suffers.
Thanks for letting me share and hope to share more about it soon!
PS
lots of people asked me when i got back if I was disappointed i didnt get a reading..without thinking i said "no way" and they wondered if i would do it again and I said.."in a heartbeat!"
also seeing the baby :baby: was a great surprise he has dark curly hair a really cutey pie!

correction to my quick typing the brother coming through who has passed was telling the sisters IT WASN'T THE GIRLS FAULT that she had panicked and grabbed the wheel because she knew there was a drop off on her side of the car.
sorry all was just typing way too fast:cuser:

Wow! Wow! Wow!
I just got back last night!!!! I have to tell you that I had such a great time. My only regret is that us "friends" didn't get enough time together, but I am incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to meet such wonderful people!! I did have the blessing of spending time on Sunday with SVMAXX and her friend! What a blessing, and what a beautiful, beautiful person!! ((((()))))
I want to tell you all what a beautiful person Gail is as well!!! Gail, thank you thank you!! I love my pin. I am so thankful that you were able to get there. I knew you would, but it was kind of scary for a moment!! LOL Oh, and the auras!!!!!!! Wow!! I try so hard to see auras, and usually with no luck. lol So, while sitting there not even trying, what do I see but JE's beautiful aura!!!! Wow I was in absolute awe. I could also see John Holland, and Robert Browns. :) RB's was as bright and beautiful as Johns.
As for the readings...........lol I started out such a good girl however, it didn't last long. LOL I tried my best to take good notes, really I did. I gave up though. I was afraid that I was going to miss seeing something so I decided to take notes for the people sitting near me if they got a reading. (no one did)
Well, I could go on and on, but I have so much to catch up on. Will be back later too.
Love to everyone, and I am already looking forward to the next time. :lwink:

:jumper: Wow! It's hard to know where to start. The Vegas show was great. I brought my friend Cheryl who is not a member of the board, but was interested in seeing the show.
When John finally came out to do his part of the show, John looked in our direction (1st row balcony). I felt a huge rush of energy. Cheryl looked at me and said "here we go". I said "yes, here we go". Then John pointed in our direction and said he was getting a father and son type vibration. Cheryl had lost both her father and his parents. The lady behind us claimed it.
He also said there was a birthday mentioned. Cheryl's birthday was the day before. The lady behind us said their family said had four March birthdays and listed them. Cheryl didn't want to butt in.
Then John said that there was a drowning and a feeling of asphixiation <--How do you spell that? It didn't make sense to the people behind us. I told Cheryl she would have to speak up.
This is where the drowning part comes in:
Cheryl's grandparents both drowned when a truck accidentally let loose of their car while trying to pull them through a low water crossing. The car was filling with water, but Cheryl's grandmother was afraid to get out. Cheryl's grandfather passed away trying to get her out of the car and save her. He was swept away by the flood waters along with the car with Cheryl's grandmother inside.
I think the following is the asphixiation part:
Cheryl's father passed away many years later when he was recovering from a surgery. There were instructions for the hospital to keep him on oxygen when he was coming out of the anesthesia because of a sleep apnia condition, but they forgot to do that and his breathing problem caused him to pass away.
At this point a very nervous Cheryl (who departed college so she wouldn't have to take speech) had raised her hand and was staring at 2000 people looking at 2 huge screen images of her holding a microphone and talking to John Edward on two huge screens. John told Cheryl that her father was there with his parents. John mentioned a November 11 date. Cheryl didn't recognize it and John moved on. The next day, when Cheryl called her cousin Gary to tell him what John said about their grandparents, Gary reminded her that her father has a plaque at his grave that says Nov. 11 (Veteran's Day) because he was a veteran. It's pretty hard to think when you're on the spot like that with so many people watching.
Cheryl later told me that John also mentioned a hurt leg that would be alright. I don't remember this at all. She said that she had woken up the day before the show with a mysterious pain in her thigh that worried her. Cheryl's cousin Gary wasn't familiar with John, but is so excited about the reading he is going to start watching him and wants to go see him live, also. Gary lost his grandparents in that terrible drowning accident when he was only 5 or so years old (before Cheryl was born).
Thanks to all our new friends and those I was finally able to meet in person. We had a wondrful time!!!
:D :D

I, too, was at the Las Vegas seminar and I wanted to share that when John Edward brought Sandra and his son out on the stage after the show. His son was wearing an adorable t-shirt that read "My Dad's a Medium and I am a Small" It was just too cute. I thought I would share that.:D

Hi all!
Just wanted to share a little something with you all. I hear the L
V seminar was a great success. My daughter Lisa was there, (the pretty blond in the front row and center) and even though had a huge case of the nerves, got to ask a question.
The question had to do with someone passed watching over her baby. This was especially of concern to her because as most of you know I lost my son Kevin last June 20 and her son was born on July 8.
I have to let you in on a little something that happened that morning. Lisa called me from her hotel, pacing and excited. Couldn't wait to get there. We discussed what we would like Kevin to come through with. (we weren't too optimistic lol) We hung up and I called a friend to tell her Lisa was almost on her way.
During that conversation, I slapped myself on the forehead. I forgot to wish my daughter Happy Birthday! What the heck was I thinking?
So I told my friend, Look I have to go and call her back. Maybe I can catch her. I called Lisa back, "Hi! Happy Birthday!!!" Silence on the other end. "Lisa are you there?" "You're not gonna believe this," she says, (we start off a lot of conversations like this.) "I was just talking to Kevin, telling him I needed him to come through today with a message for my birthday. Just say Happy Birthday and I will know it is you. I don't need anything else"
Well just then I rang the phone and shouted Happy Birthday. She almost fainted and said that she didn't need a reading, her brother was there with her. It was her validation.
What a great birthday present and she enjoyed the seminar anyway.
Take care,
Deb

Hey Trish, thanks for posting John's son t-shirt. I read the 1st part, but couldn't see the part that said I'm a small. That is sooo cute!!!! So is the baby!
Well, I'm glad that we all walked away feeling good after the seminar. I didn't get a reading and most of us didn't. But I know I got messages in other people's reading and at 1 point I felt very 'peaceful' that we and our loved ones are still connected and will always be one. It was a powerful and great feeling that I got. I'm looking forward to seeing Robert in the Bahamas.

Hi Everyone!!
I was also at the Las Vegas seminar with my daughter, Angela. All of the Mediums were wonderful!! Each had an energy and a pacing that was unique. I really enjoyed Susanne Northrup's energy and readings. John Holland was a sweetheart and called the women he read, "Darlin'. " He did this with warmth and caring. I was also impressed with Robert Brown's accuracy. His energy seemed more mellow, but he kept up a steady pace. John was his usual wonderful self. It was so good to see him in person. We were in the 8th row, and he was directly in front of us. What a treat to watch him work!
Like everyone else, I would have loved to have been read. While this didn't happen, so many details of others' readings were so close to my own experiences. At one point, Robert Holland asked about a small origami figure that someone had. He pointed up to the balcony, otherwise I would have raised my hand. I have a student who makes origami cranes and gives them to me. Other details like names (Al and Frances/Frank) came up a couple of times, which also were names of my family members. I felt as though my crossed over family and friends wanted me to take note of these things (and several others) and accept them as messages from them, and so I did.
<ebm>
I also enjoyed meeting everyone from JEfriends. (Although, I somehow missed out on the rose pin. :( ) Gail and Valerie did such a great job of organizing and both were so gracious and sweet. It was great to meet everyone, finally see faces that go with names, have interesting conversations, learn about each other and laugh. I only wish we had more time to share. Thank you everyone for a memorable time.
Until next time - Love,
Gay :musicnote
Hi Vegas group, I only had five rose pins left and ran out of them before everyone who never received one, got one. I had thought of ordering more before the seminar but never got around to it. I'll be sure to have some with me at our Friend's big get together.
Some of us were waiting for others to arrive at the front of the Golden Nugget for breakfast, me with my pink sweater and lime green folder (with a frog on the cover :D ). A couple of drunks came up to see what we were doing. One asked if we were Jehovah's Witnesses or something. :) We were attracting a lot of attention.
After the seminar we all arrived at our dinner place at different times so I waited in front of the restaurant for late arrivals, still holding that green folder while the others got in line. Three different people walked up to me to get information on what the buffet menu was. :( I told them all I didn't work there and got in line with the others. We really enjoyed the dinner and the company.
Thank you for all of your words of appreciation but I must admit I made all of my plans for a selfish reason, I just wanted to meet everyone. :)
Love, Gail

:daisy: Well we had a great time in Vegas. It was so nice to meet all of you. Wish we could have all sat together at dinner! My sis and I didn't get a reading, but I had to tell you about our own special validation we got from my mum after we got back to the hotel. Chris had taken a little photo of mom with her in a talking photograph. She had a recording of mom singing happy birthday that had been taken from my voice mail. It closes up and latches like a small compact and has a button inside that you can press for it to play mom's voice. Well after we got back, we were sitting in the hotel room, and all of the sudden, we could
hear mom singing happy birthday! Chris opened her purse and the picture was closed up tight but still it played. She tried to get it to do it again by knocking it, shaking it and all other sorts of ways to make it go off again and it wouldn't. Well we went down to gamble and as she was sitting at the slot machines, it went off two more times! Now the only way to make this thing play, is to open the latched picture up and then press the play button, so I believe that although mom couldn't get through because of all
the other people in the room, she wanted to make sure we got our own little validation to take home. They say that spirits are able to manipulate electronic based items and that is how they can let us know that they are around. The more things I experience, the more I believe! So I guess John's right. We don't really need the medium. If we just watch for those little signs in our lives we will realize that they're doing their darndest to get through and say hello! Here's a picture of my sweet mom included with this post.. Leema

I just wanted to chime in and say Las Vegas was totally fantastic! It was great, great fun meeting everyone, and the seminar was a total blast. The fact that we didn't get a reading didn't even bother me because the whole experience was just so much fun!

Hi Everybody,
I just have to quickly pop in and agree with everyone else. Vegas was fabulous.
Watching the similarities and differences of the four mediums was an awesome experience. I was so lucky to have front row seats. The differences between clairvoyance and clairaudience were interesting. Robert Brown knew exactly who he needed to speak with each time. (ie: the woman in the blue shirt with the white collar.)
At one point Robert said that he had a short woman standing and waving to get his attention, and it took him a moment to realize that she was someone who had crossed over.
Suzanne seemed to be the resident pet medium. She would make comments like you have a dead horse between you, or you have 2 dead dogs next to you.
John Holland has an enduring habit of speaking to the spirits out loud as he is giving the information, letting them know that he understands what they are telling him. Or, asking them to slow down or be patient.
And of course John Edward was, as always, true to form. He was accurate and direct. One thing though, he seemed very relaxed. He did not pace like he so often does during his events.
There were so many specific validations given. I was reduced to tears on more than a few occasions. The energy was incredible and the mediums really enjoyed being together. They worked well together. I took lots of notes, and once I get them worked out I will post about some of the specific readings.
I had a wonderful time and look forward to future events of this type. And although I love the affirmation I receive during the "readings intensive" seminars, I am ready for workshops that
focus on the tools of the process. It is so fascinating.
I wish I had had more time to spend with all of the other JE Friends. But I was lost in Vegas during most of breakfast. I would like to thank Gail for all of the extra effort she put into the trip. I hope to be able to get to spend more time with her at another event. Perhaps in NY. There are several people that I didn't get to meet at all. That was a bummer. I was able to spend all of Sunday with Sassy, and we had a blast. It was like meeting someone I have known all of my life. It truly made my whole trip complete.

I've noticed that every medium I have seen work has
done this, except John, I guess he does it in his mind.:)
How sweet that John brought his baby out too.

I looked up a few sites to see the meaning of a blue aura, John's was an electric blue one, and they all fit John very well. Here's one meaning I saw. Another said the electric blue showed up in very spiritual people when they receiving telepathic messages.
BLUE: A color of love!! The person who possess a blue arua is spirtual in nature...they love to give and share and almost always from the heart. They are loving and accepting people who will always be there for you in times of need. They are very emotional and tend to cry alot, whether they are happy, sad, scared, angry.
Sandra recently mentioned on a Valentine's day Crossing Over special that John even cries at commercials.

:daisy: Hi Gail,
Do you read aura's? I was wondering how you knew about John's aura. I would love to be able to read people's auras and to have mine read too. I wish I could find someone here in Utah that does that! Thanks for all your hard work in getting us all together in Vegas. It was so great to meet all of you!
No, I don't read auras. We have a lot of posts on the Study Group section of this site that tell you how to see your own. I had a little success in seeing mine and other people's auras but what I saw is only the closest one to the body. It's a light halo around your body. John's has to be pretty strong for me to see his so clearly. I should have looked at the other medium's also but my one track mind would not allow me to both hear them and concentrate on their auras at the same time. :) I don't see anything without actually trying. Some people on here find it very easy to do.

Wow Gail, thanks for sharing the info. on aura's. I don't know what mine looks like, but light/baby blue that I wore to the seminar is my favorite color!! I had felt a warm feeling for John since his show started. It's quite hard to explain. I just feel some kind of connectedness with him. I'm also a crier, I'll cry if I'm happy, sad, angry, frustrated, etc.... I've been told by several mediums that I'm very sensitive (even GA). I know that colors reflect things in our life. For many years I was a pinkie but in the last few years I've been drawn to blue's, especially those of light baby or aqua blue. I believe the blue chakra is for communication and I for some reason thought that blue also signifies spiritual growth.
Much Love,
Ronnie

Hello everybody,
I know I'm a bit late checking in but I've been in bed getting over a bad fever since I got back from Las Vegas.
It was so great meeting all of you. I wish we could have spent more time together. Gail, I'm still amazed at your organizational skills and all the hard work you did to help make this trip memorable. Thank you :)
The seminar was terrific. JE's assistant Carol came out and talked to some of us before the show which was nice of her.
During the show I have to admit I did more watching than writing so I don't remember most of the readings. The only reading that stands out in my mind was when JE said he had an older male figure who passed "in the moment". Some brave woman got up and admitted it was her husband's father. JE joked that she now had the great task of calling her mother-in-law and letting her know her husband went with a smile on his face. Of course, JE was blushing the whole time  :lwink:
It was also nice seeing Sandra and Justin in the end. That kid is soooo cute with his round face and full head of hair!
P.S. Lilimuff, say hi to Lisa for me. We ended up sitting next to each other and I had a great time talking to her.

Hi all! It sounds like everyone had a great time!! I am glad for all the posts, It makes me feel like I was there! I had a chance to see Robert Brown on Long Island not too long ago, and also had seen Suzane Northrop in CT. The only person I never have seen is John Holland. Glad to hear he was wonderful!!
I must say that Robert Brown was very good. He has a different more "soft" approach. I believe he is actually Rev. Robert Brown.
I loved the comment about the shirt the baby was wearing!
:tshirt: That was priceless!! I heard on a radio station that he had the little one's chart done, and he said he's going to be better than him!:D Can you imagine?
Thanks to everyone that had posted so that everyone that didn't get to attend could experience it too!

Well, I'm not surprised that John's son will be better than him. It is said that as the gift is passed down from one generation to another is usually is stronger. And with the baby being exposed to all this energy from before birth, it is no surprise to me. I wonder if I'll be around to get a reading from him!
I wasn't surprised at all with the way the baby was so relaxed when Sandra brought him on stage. I'm sure he see's spirit's all the time and I can guarantee that John's mother had a hard time giving him up before birth, but I'm sure she dote's on her grandson quite a bit from the other side.
Much Love,
Ronnie
