I'm so very proud I could just burst. JohnEdwardFriends.org community members have truly learned to show the A in CAV:

3 Cheers to Marcia Secaur for organizing and managing this project!!! Because of her hard work and our member's taking time and money out to send cards, letters, and much needed items to our friends and neighbors serving our country, Oceanside, CA, the home of Operation Operation Interdependence has shown their Appreciation of JohnEdwardFriends.org!

:crowd: KUDOS TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED!!!!

 :yinyang:

The City Council recognizes you for your invaluable support in making Operation Interdependence an outstanding success! We join with the Tri-City Navy League in honoring you for your commitment and labor of love in ensuring that the Operation Interdependence collaborative provided over 120,000 care packages to our military this past year. Thank you for providing a tangible reminder to the military that the civilian world is appreciative of their sacrifices and tireless work on our behalf.

I am proud you all asked me to be the facilitator for all of your hard work and your out pouring of love. Pam is right, you all deserve top marks in the CAV department for truly truly living the meaning of CAV.
On this very special day, I hope we all take a moment to include in our prayers of gratitude the men and women so unselfishly serving our country.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone and thank YOU for allowing me the honor of being a part of Operation Enduring Appreciation.

Marcia

Marcia- you are an angel in my book for your organization efforts- and I am so pleased (but not suprised- the selfless contributions of appreciation from the people on this board are reflective of the good people there are here) that we've been recognized. You people continue to amaze me- and apparently I'm not the only one who thinks all of you are amazing!

Thanks for reminding me through your continuing efforts (especially on Thanksgiving) to CAV everyone I can- just goes to show how little suprises can go a LONG way- Laura J.
