Are you a Reason, a Season, or a Lifetime?

Pay attention to what you read. After you read this,
you will know the reason it was sent to you!

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or
a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you
will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON . . . it
is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They
have come to assist you through a difficulty, to
provide you with guidance and support, to aid you
physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may
seem like a godsend, and they are! They are there
for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any
wrong doing on your part, or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something to bring the
relationship to an end.

Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met,
our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer
you sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON . . . it
is because your turn has come to share, grow, or
learn. They bring you an experience of peace, or
make you laugh. They may teach you something you have
never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons;
things you must build upon in order to have a solid
emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the
lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned
to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life.

Send this to others!

I received this recently and loved it. I hope you do too.

<the "Reason, Season, Lifetime...previously posted above, was included here>

Use this last part as a daily prayer, if you like.

May today develop peace within me.
May I trust God that I am exactly where I am meant to be.
May I not forget that infinite possibilities are born of faith.
May I use the gifts that I have received, and pass on the love that has been give to me.
May I be content knowing that I am a child of God. Let His presence settle into my bones, and allow my soul the freedom to sing, dance, and to bask in the sun. It is there for each and every one of us.

Blessings all, Irishrose

A friend of mine just sent me this and my sister Gail said it would be very appropriate to share with you.

A Reason, Season, or a Lifetime

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. When you figure out which it is, you know exactly what to do.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a Godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any
wrong doing on your part or an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! it is real! But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (anyway); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is
said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life. May God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you.

A wonderful author, Caroline Myss, says pretty much the same things that are in the post Debby just put on here, so I thought it was perfect and so true for all of us to read.

Hi all, As some of you know, I have been going through a rough time, emotionally, physically and professionally. A friend sent me this email the other day and for some reason, I found it very profound and thought provoking. Take a moment to read it and maybe, like me, you will be able to understand a little more about some of the people who cross our paths during our lives. I have been wondering why certain people who I relied on so much have walked away from me...I think this explains it! Enjoy and thanks to all of you for being people whom I believe are here to teach me some lifetime lessons!!
