This is another helpful quote from psychic medium, John Holland, who is also one of John Edward’s friends. He asks to share this lesson with a friend. Well, here it is for a whole lot of Friends. :)
Inner Hearing John Holland brings this new Intuition Tip to you.
2 April 2006
Intuition is just a reminder of the power of the human spirit.
Share this weekly lesson with a friend.
Do you know what others are thinking? Do songs suddenly pop into your mind? This is known as inner hearing (clairaudience). It can be confusing when determining if these are your thoughts or intuitive information. This week, sit and get comfortable, close your eyes, and stretch your hearing by listening to distant sounds far off, then listen to the sounds that are closer. As you hear all the sounds together, listen inwardly between the sounds. This is where the intuitive information flows and can be heard.
Blessings – John
I now notice when my inner voice is speaking

It’s been rather recent that I finally realized those songs that pop in are more than just annoying. It used to drive me crazy. They would go on and on. My mom would tell me to sing them and it would make it stop. LOL never worked. All that accomplished was leaving anyone that happened to be in earshot begging for mercy. So I became pretty good at ignoring them and they would just play in the background. Now I recognize what they are and welcome them. :hearts:
Thank you Gail for posting this! :love:April 5, 2006 at 2:25 pm #103984
I get the background songs all the time. I don’t realize a lot of time that they are playing until they come forward. Sometimes it will go on for hours. For instance, “Everything is Beautiful” has been playing for me at least half an hour and I just now realized it.
Between my background music, my foreground thoughts and my constant ringing/buzzing noise in my right ear from an ear disease I have, there’s never a quiet moment for me. :(April 5, 2006 at 4:41 pm #103990
I didn’t know you had ringing/buzzing in your ear. Andy has had great success treating patients with that problem. Maybe you should try Valerie’s Acupuncturist?

Well that definitely explains the random songs that constantly run my head. And I thought it was just because I’m a musician. Though, for the moment it’s silent in there because I’m soo sick.April 5, 2006 at 6:21 pm #103994
There is a rampant intestional virus going around right now, which my daughter just came home with. It’s the one my grandson just had. Hope you don’t have that, Clascar.:(
Beth, the ringing has been diagnosed as Meniere’s disease. There’s no cure, just a series of pills and sprays to keep it under control. I’ll consider trying acupuncture. :)April 5, 2006 at 7:34 pm #103995
Nope…luckily I don’t have that. It’s just a very nasty head cold. Thanks for the message to get better! :love:April 5, 2006 at 8:20 pm #103998
I’m pretty sure that one of the patients of Andy’s that I’m thinking of has Meniere’s disease. He’s on vacation now but when I speak to him I will ask.April 5, 2006 at 10:28 pm #104000
It would be so nice if it could be cured. There’s no chance for me to have “clear hearing” with all the background noise.
