The best way to describe the site is that it is like a cross between Myspace and Friends! It is 100% free and has a HUGE selection of tools and tips to use.
They have tools to help you track your nutrition, fitness, motivation. There is a recipe converter, suggested meal plans, fitness routines, message groups and LOTS and LOTS of educational articles from health experts on all types of issues related to healthier living and diseases that usually plauge people who are overweight.
