Hi everyone,
If you are currently practicing Reiki on others, this might be a welcome CD for you to use to your session.
“Self-Healing with Sound & Music”, by Andrew Weil, & Kimba Arem
Actually, I’d recommend this CD in anyone interested into getting a little deeper into yourself.
As I sit listening to it right now, little prickles are going up and down my spine and just about to every piece of skin on my body. Sounds weird, but true.
Per insert: the music naturally induces binaural beat frequencies to assist in altering brain wave patterns for more meditative, relaxed, and clear perceptions.
Disc 1: discussion of latest medical research, teaches breathing and vocalization techniques.
Disc 2: is all music, ” prescription strength”, is what the CD calls it.
Hope this is helpful.

Reiki Whale Song…Kamal (This is very relaxing…Beautiful sounds of whales)
and Singing Bowls of Shangri-la…Thea Surasu…Not music, per se, but just Tibetan singing bowls. I can definitely feel vibration down my spine and behind my ears. Strange but very relaxing.

Some of my family members prefer silence to reiki music. What do you think that means? For one, just the word Reiki or Tarot or astrology (and the list goes on) freaks him out. LOL
I love whale songs…..
Thanks Laura

Is there an option to posting that would allow a title list to be added to by anyone, not just posting after posting. It would make printing out a lot easier too. A shared posting.
This could be done for any type of list, CD’s, books, events. It takes so long to hand write from post to post.
Thanks,

Also, if anyone has trouble getting to the Delta stage of sleep then try ‘Healing Mind System 2.0’ by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. I have a terrible time of getting to the 3rd and 4th stages of sleep but with this CD I am lulled to a deep, dreamless sleep. It is simply awesome. You will be amazed at how refreshed you will feel in the morning!

Thanks,
FDWhat you’re describing, m’lady, is for everyone to be able to edit a given post at any time. Unfortunately, the forum software doesn’t allow such, as things would quickly get a little crazy. Other possibilities? We’ll talk. :)
December 12, 2006 at 7:18 pm #113018FairiedustParticipantOh bummer, m’lord.
It was worth asking about.
See ya later!
