Last month my boss started an International month at work. We need to teach our cilents about a new country each month. Last month we did Portugal and pulled it off nicely with little notice. This month it is Ireland.

I work with disabled men and all decisions are up to them. We need a main meal and side dish recipes. Also a dessert that we will share with the neighbors.

The men have already vetoed lamb. Corn beef and cabbage is the standard, but if anyone has any other great Irish recipes send them along. They WILL be appreciated.

I am off on my own search as well, but family recipes are always the best.

Any facts about Ireland would be appreciated as well.
