On JVP’s website theres a forum for comment’s about his new show. One of the comment’s and I don’t believe it came from a fan wondered why they had to dress her like a hoochie-mama.
There was more than one comment.
So, maybe JE does want to see her in a tight sweater:laff: but I really think he’s just showing some support for JVP.March 21, 2006 at 11:58 pm #101638

Here’s the article on our site:
…it was from TVGUIDE and this is what JE said:
Still, Ghost Whisperer is my favorite TV show. Each episode has a lot of heart and ultimately there’s healing and closure. I just wish they wouldn’t dress Jennifer Love Hewitt like a country bumpkin. We need to see her in a tight sweater!March 22, 2006 at 12:34 am #101623
I only have one thing to say about John’s new show…
 WELCOME BACK, I MISSED YOU!!! :hearts:March 23, 2006 at 5:56 am #101049
I hope that after WE has aired all eight episodes of John Edward Cross Country they will continue with more because the show sounds like a hit!!. It would be disappointing if WE only aired eight episodes.

I sure did pick a tough week to move, I’ve been without a Satellite or cable hook up for about two weeks, and when it finally was hooked up this past Saturday there was a problem with the receiver so a new one had to be ordered …..
Finally the new receiver arrived yesterday and it was hooked up and wouldn’t ya know it was my hubby who set up the DVR to record the new show…
So last night I stayed up super late to catch the re-run at 11pm – thank God for re-runs!!!
It was amazing and even better that COWJE. I was highly impressed with the content and the focus of the show bringing as much healing as possible to help those move through their grief…
To those who made this show possible

Okay – so I am a week late. But when I read Surface Interval’s post saying it was best if “I sleep instead of watching TV and wait and watch it tonight with him when he comes home. That was the hardest decision I have made all week long” I just had to laugh. I do it too. I am constricted by an either/or mentality and don’t think outside the box…as in, for her, watch it now, and then go through the “torture” :-) of watching it again with your husband.
Yes, it was wonderful to see John again and see the details that set him apart from “cold readers”. In the second show, he several times says “No, that’s not it”, when the person being read volunteers something that would easily fit what he had been describing.
The bad part is that it is only an 8 part series. :-( However, it had the largest opening ever for WE (Woman’s Entertainment) at 644,000 viewers. So maybe that will encourage WE to renew it. Clearly it is the show that he wanted to make, instead of what they were trying to force him to do with Crossing Over”.

I was very fortunate to have someone from the states send me The cross Country episodes from 1-14. WE can not get it here in Canada. I so far have watched 1-9 and each and everyone of them is awesome so far though my fav being #9 cuz Sandra is on the road with him…especially the part when he is on the stage and stops looks into the camera and says ” oh by the way all you skeptics can still BITE ME” ,OMG too funny!!!:laff2:
I do find I can usually only watch one maybe 2 episodes at a time I find them to be very emotional charging.December 9, 2007 at 2:07 pm #121104
John’s new episodes are excellent! I like that he answers questions to the audience, and explains them. Some I have read from several of his books, but to hear him actually explain them in person is awesome. I also like that he does explain more to the person getting the reading, about what it means, etc. Sometimes, he can be downright funny! You can hear me chuckle, and my husband will ask what’s so funny, and I’ll say, oh, it’s John Edward, he is sooo funny sometimes! BeckieJanuary 10, 2008 at 2:00 pm #121290
