Has anyone ordered John’s tapes from his website? I didn’t know you could get them elsewhere and ordered them the end of June. They were put on my credit card July 6 and I have not received them. Normally merchandise isn’t put on a card until shipped. I faxed them and asked someone to check for me last week and have not received any answer. Is this normal?

I ordered the tapes through Amazon.com and received them within a week. I have never had a problem with them (although john’s new book has still not arrived and I’m getting very impatient!).

I bought a two tape set on Spirit Guides and Angels by John Edward at a Psychic Fair in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. You can buy them. You just have to find a supplier. THe tapes are called:
“Understanding your Angels and Meeting your Guides” They were published by the Learning Annex which can be located by going to the learningannex.com. I hope that helps you.

My opinion: Go straight for the 6-tape set – a much better bargain.August 16, 2001 at 11:47 pm #68782YardbirdParticipant
Hi Yvette- welcome to the board! Hope you know about our weekly Sunday night chats at Delphi (see sig line)….
Did you guys consider signing up for the Study Group here at the site? Chat with others working on the tapes as well? Something to ponder…. Yardbird :cool:August 16, 2001 at 11:58 pm #68786
Whoops, although Learning Annex has various material I looked at the back of the tape box and it says, it was published by
“Hay House” at http://www.hayhouse.com.
Yes, you are right the full set is better but sometimes its hard to find that $60.00 so for those who can’t…it helps alot.

I know NOW that I should have ordered them from Amazon – but now whoever is John’s website has had my money for six weeks and I don’t have any tapes. I don’t even know how to check to see if they have been lost or not shipped. They did not answer my fax asking them. Just really wondered if anyone else had ordered them thru the website and how long it took. I did order the six tape set so it was more than just a few dollars.

I ordered the 6-tape set from Barnes & Noble, got a good price, and had it delivered to a nearby store — no shipping, and paid when I picked up the merchandise.
By the way, they usually sell new hardcovers (bestsellers) in the store at around 40% (I think!) off the list price.August 17, 2001 at 2:47 am #68800JudeParticipant
The website does say that it takes 6 – 8 weeks for delivery, but it would’ve been nice if someone had replied to your inquiry.August 18, 2001 at 10:29 pm #68910Validator1Participant
Same thing happened to me. I got them 2-3 weeks later. I think they are receiving requests so quickly, the processing hasn’t caught up yet.August 18, 2001 at 10:31 pm #68911Validator1Participant

You can protest the charge to your credit card when billed and call or send a snail mail letter to JE to tell them you ordered elsewhere. The credit card co. will ask if you have tried to resolve this with the vendor. It will all be OK.
