This question has probably been asked a thousand times already but here goes!
Basically i’m looking for some cd’s to buy to meditate with and i know that there are so many around, and was wondering what you guys would suggest? I find it hard to mediate to rainforest noises, and just can’t seem to find one that relaxes me enough.Regards
Gregg

You are so right – there are a lot of good ones out there. John Edward & John Holland both have some good guided meditation CDs and for just nice background music I like Steven Halpern and Ryan Farish music CDs. I am sure that there are many other suggestions too.

When I’m looking for a meditative walk on the wild side (so to speak), I listen to Joe Carringer’s didgeridoo music.

Two tracks, same music on both that uses theta window frequencies to relax you, but with Kelly Howell talking you through a meditation scenario on the first track. Web site is http://www.brainsync.com. Hope this helps.
