I came across this list via a friend that is helping me with my weight loss pursuit. I was amazed at how many things were on here. I just figured it was all foods like hot peppers and jicima but there is a LOT of stuff on here that I will actually eat! :banana:
If you don’t know what Negative Calorie foods are, they are foods that take more energy to digest when eaten raw, than what their caloric equivalent is ingested.
Next time you get hungry in the middle of the day grab one of these instead of your normal snack. I found them helpful and I hope you do also.
