Been a while since I’ve posted. Still planning on getting back to the study group with more udates on my continuing OBE experiences. Just wanted to include a link that I found very interesting on the net though. It’s an excerpt from a book that I’m getting ready to order off Amazon.com. The subject matter deals with the studies of scientists who are discovering that the physical universe displays tendencies very much like that of a holographic image. It states that we are basically just floating in a sea of frequencies as energy and our focus and intent is to be in these “physical” bodies in this dimension that are really just holograms. The article also states that this phenomenon will go a long way to explaining how psychic communication, precognition and telepathy all work. Due to the fact we really are all connected in a great sea of energy.
Here’s the site: http://twm.co.nz/hologram.html
On a side note-about 6 weeks prior to fininding this article on the net I was really getting intense with my meditation and sometimes, even days after, I will get “insight” and will sort of automatic write in my journal. Anyway, one of my journal entries states that we (in the physical existence) are merely holograms focusing on learning our lessons…sort of like a flight simulator the way pilots are trained…prior to our “graduating” on to other dimensional existences! I though that was cool! I had actually forgotten I had written that until after finding the article on the net and then just flipped through my journal reading old entries and there it was. Hope you guys enjoy. Talk to you soon. -MancoApril 26, 2004 at 12:05 am #95609Pam BKeymaster
I hope the book you’re about to buy is “The Holographic Universe” by Michael Talbot. It’s an excellent book. The interesting thing about certain types of holograms, is that if take a holographic picture, and you break it into a thousand pieces, each piece still holds the entire image. All are one, and one are all. I’ve read this book, and I’m not a scientific person, but it was written in a way that I could understand the theories.
Today nearly everyone is familiar with holograms, three-dimensional images projected into space with the aid of a laser. Now, two of the world’s most eminent thinkers — University of London physicists David Bohm, a former protege of Einstein’s and one of the world’s most respected quantum physicists, and Stanford neurophysiologist Karl Pribram, one of the architects of our modern understanding of the brain — believe that the universe itself may be a giant hologram, quite literally a kind of image or construct created, at least in part, by the human mind.
This remarkable new way of looking at the universe explains now only many of the unsolved puzzles of physics, but also such mysterious occurrences as telepathy, out-of-body and near death experiences, “lucid” dreams, and even religious and mystical experiences such as feelings of cosmic unity and miraculous healings.April 26, 2004 at 12:28 am #95611
Yes, that’s the book! I think the idea of a holographic universe could further explain why people can cure themselves of cancer baffling doctors or walk across hot coals without even one single blister. If you truly can see through the illusion that material reality isn’t reality then you can harness unlimited creative potential. Not only do I believe we are “here” to learn to love, but also to create and to see through the illusion that we are separated from our loved ones and the supreme energy source itself.
Thanks for giving your opinion on the book. Will have to head to Amazon and put that order in now. -MancoApril 26, 2004 at 2:25 am #95616PBPanParticipant

Thanks Megan. It’s good to see you as well. I haven’t been on the internet all that often lately . I’m usually using my computer more for work than for things I enjoy (like this site). But I have been reading posts from the archives recently and really like all the great info I’ve missed out on around here. Hope to see you a lot more often in the future.
