I hope you stayed away from all that ice I keep hearing about.
Here in Erie, they are saying we’ve gotten more snow this part of the season than we did all last season combined. Not looking good for us. And….I still have yet to put my snow tires on.
Enjoy your snow day! We don’t get many of those around here.December 16, 2008 at 10:40 pm #122832LeighskiParticipant

One week ago, we had a couple of inches of snowfall — two days later, it was in the 70’s. Ahh….that’s winter in southeast Texas.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOkaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy – that was fun. We got sent home at noon today. At 7:30 – the drive to work (actually for me a doctor’s appointment) – no snow. Trip to the pharmacy at 9 – no snow – leaving the pharmacy at 9:50, the snow was just starting … at noon – leaving from work about 3 inches had aready fallen (that’s in under 3 hours) and by the time I got home at 12:45, another 2 inches had fallen. My third gear got quite a workout! So did my wipers!:banana:But home safe and sound I am!
