John Edward was at Roswell.
Ya know when Gordon Cooper says he saw UFOs when he was out in space? That was John Edward.
John Edward had breakfast with Elvis in Katmadu. They had waffles with peanut butter and ‘nanners. Then Elvis ordered a Grand Slam to go.

ceceoh replied to the topic Is believing in Psychic Abilities, simply "wishfull thinking"? in the forum Answering Skeptics and Debunking Cynics 16 years ago
That’s a pretty broad question Pam. Which psychic abilities? I’ve heard enough anecdotal evidence, witnessed enough readings and read enough research to state that, yes, I’m convinced our conciousness survives the death of our physical bodies. In what form I have no idea, and really have no opinion.
I have had thoughts of what I would LIKE the…[Read more]
For someone who demands proof, you make alot of assumptions. Assumptions about peoples finances, their religious beliefs, their “pain”, etc.
If you have truely read the posts on this board, then most of the assumptions you make have been answered. Did you have a specific question you would like us to address?
One good thing about people becoming more aware of psychic phenomena is that people who may be displaying these abilities will have more answers then “that’s crazy!” As I understand it, John’s family was accepting of whatever things he was hearing of seeing, and made no big deal out of it. (At least most of his family) My sister did not get this,…[Read more]

Others who live in the rest of the country may be just as talented but aren’t as well known outside their circles.
Then there are many…[Read more]

Sounds like a dodge to me.
Oh, Mike, that phrase is beginning to give me a headache. The man is like any other savant. You ask them why they can do something, they say they don’t know, and cynics say…[Read more]

You’re Welcome, and thanks for keeping it “clean”.
You misunderstood what I meant by “things”. I apologize for not being more clear.
Apologies accepted. When science says “Let’s study these ‘things’ and see what we can ‘do’ with them”, I get twitchy. History is…

Your observation that the guidelines are not as simple as they may seem at first glance is a good one. I just hope there isn’t something in those guidelines we don’t see, something that is being overlooked.
I’m sure there will be, Lan. Randi has a reputation for changing the rules midgame. And if all else fails,…[Read more]

And no teenager…but don’t try to tell them that! :D
