I hope that everyone had a great Christmas, filled with loving Friends and Family, and a safe and pleasant New Year.

It's with a happy heart that I come to tell you that it's time for FriendsCommunities.org and it's associated historical domains, JohnEdwardTalk.org and JohnEdwardFriends.org, to cease to exist in it's current form. It's crossing over (pun intended, I'll wait for a lawyer letter to come) to a new and more appropriate venue, Facebook.

I have a long list of reasons why I can't mother this site any longer. Most of you who know me well know my feelings about this site, and more importantly, the incredible people who have made it what it was.

I am so grateful for the honor of being the one who created it. I am grateful for everything I have learned from communicating with "believers" as well as "skeptics".

I am also grateful that I have a full time career now, as an e-Learning developer for a Fortune 1000 Financial Services company. I get to play with lots of fun things like video, special effects, Flash, Web Widgets, game interactions, all while helping others learn and grow. Hmmm...sort of reminds me of.....

For those of you who have not joined Facebook yet, come back here if you have any trouble and I'm sure there's tons of people to help. As for a final shut down day, it depends on how quickly I can get people notified.

Everything in its season. I am saddened, but not surprised. And I will miss you and my dear Friends here.
I am also saddened that I have not been able, as yet anyway, to find a publisher for the book about after death communication. It's still making the rounds and I remain hopeful. Also frustrated, in that some publishers warn you that it may take six months to respond yea or nay. Still, having been in this business for almost thirty years, I'm resigned to the waits. Nothing much else to do.
That aside, I, for one, owe you a great debt. You and your efforts have been an important part in my evolution as a spiritual being. I've a long way to go yet, but thanks to you, I'm as far along as I am. For that you have my eternal gratitude.
I wish you all the best in your new career. It's been a long time coming and you deserve the best of everything.
Again, my sincere thanks.

Hi Pam,

Your tireless work and your shining energy has been a blessing in my life. This site offered lessons that forever changed me. It led to meeting people who altered me in so many deep and meaningful ways.

I remember sitting in that restaurant in New York (It was in November, but what year was that?) - where we all gathered for John Edward's day-long seminar - and glancing at the table next to me. Your familiar face looked back at me, and though we were only just about to meet in person for the first time, it felt like I'd found one of my long-lost friends. Another life-changing moment.

You hear about magic. You read about it. You sort of believe in it, but I really found it in all the experiences I had here.

Because of you and this place, I'll never be who I was a few short years ago. Thank you for being part of my spiritual growth. Thank you for standing front and center so that I'd find you.

And thanks for all the laughs, tears, and friendship.

But, especially, thanks for the learning.

Everything I found here will stay with me always.

Good luck on the rest of your journey. It's your turn now to reap new benefits for the winning job you've done here!

It has been a fun ride, hasn't it?

So many friends have come to visit and share their experiences. Those in the know will forever miss those late-night chat sessions that never failed to wander off topic but kept us in stitches. It would have been wonderful if more had been able to make "the cruise" as it was a wonderful experience.

I do have a Facebook account but am terrible at "checking in". I'll have to work on that as I want to stay in touch with as many of you as I can.

Thanks to you all and especially thanks to YOU, Pam (we really do have to get together more often).

I'm here tonight filled with all sorts of different emotions!! First off I am soooo happy for you!!! Just hearing all the excitement and enthusiasm you have for everything good that is happening in your life now has given me a big smile!! That is such a blessing to hear after all these years and all of your hard work and dedication in keeping things afloat. And for all the wonderful moments and memories we have all shared. For all the beautiful friendships.

It was the right time and the right place and if JE provided the inspiration, you bought the imagination and determination.

I have to shed a few tears too thinking of how much we have all gained and lost over this last decade. Of the many prayers and hopes for each other that have been given and will always be remembered in our hearts.

For now, I'll be wandering around here remembering those wonderful life defining moments and of course, smiling a bit more. Laura**

I honestly can not express in words just how much you ((ALL)) mean to me. Its a wierd & strange feeling to think that Friends will be no longer. But understand why you must do this. I am so happy and thrilled for you Pam that you have found yourself a job that you really enjoy...thats huge!!! I will forever remember each and everyone here for all the things you've taught me over the years. I am so blessed that my path led me here to you all. I never in a million years thought so many people who I never had the chance to meet in person could have touched my heart like you guys did. You all have a very special place in my heart. I will certainly keep in touch through Facebook.
So Thanks for the time spent here Pam, you are an incredible woman and I wish you & the family all the happiness and good health this world has to offer.
