Waiting for My Call

Can anyone tell me the area code that appears on the caller ID box when they got the phone call from the Gallery for tickets to John's show? I've gotten thru twice on the Saturday call in, and on my ID box I have an area code from Manhattan that has called two times in the past week. If someone can remember the area code, I'd appreciate an answer.

From what I read on this board before, it's 718 area code, if I'm not mistaken.

The call came on my phone as New York, NY area code 212

They called me three times. If you are meant to be there, you will be!

Thanks, did they call you in the evenin? Congratulations on going, I think I'd fall flat on the floor if they ever do call! But getting thru on the first Saturday is a miracle in itself. Have fun.

They called me in late afternoon, and I have seen others on this site say theydon't leave a message. I was lucky and got my call first time though. Good luck!!

I have thought to try and call the first Saturday of the month myself, but I really couldn't afford the airline tickets to go to NY right now, and I could never deny someone else who badly wants to go those tickets.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes, but it's the 28th and I'm told that if you don't get a call after 1 month, try, try again. I guess it's not meant to be this time around. But maybe one day, I'll keep praying and give my other side family and friends a 'swift kick in the pants' as my Dad used to say! But I'll keep trying, thanks again.
