Those of you that catch Crossing Over today….would you be so kind as to make note of the show’s sponsors and share with us? That information will be helpful to our SaveJohnEdwardTV efforts.
Thanks so much!

Marcia, I know that Kleenex commercials always air (how appropriately) during CO in my area. That’s all I can think of off the top of my head. I will watch today & let you know who else I can come up with.

Campbells soup on mine…I’ll watch and pay more attention, and jot them down. I won’t include the commercials that are obviously very local to my area, and aren’t being seen nationwide.January 19, 2004 at 3:55 pm #92620
Campbells is on mine too. Gordon Elliot bringing hot meals to families all over. By the way, GREAT IDEA, Marcia!

I won’t tune out the commercials as I usually do. It will be strange watching the show and looking forward to the commercials. :)January 19, 2004 at 5:04 pm #92624Amy RoseParticipant

So far I have Bayer aspirin, Brita water, Campbells soup, OB Silk Ease Tampons, Verizon, Ziploc bags, Woolite Oxy Deep, Prego sauce, and Eureka vacuum cleaners.
I have the second show coming up now….. All the same except for Care First. Verizon seems to have the most ads.January 19, 2004 at 6:42 pm #92632
I got Bayer twice, Brita twice, Campbells twice, Zantrex-3, Woolite Oxi-Clean, Ziploc Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Illinois & Eureka so far. I am noticing that much of the commercial time is dedicated to local businesses & colleges.January 19, 2004 at 7:26 pm #92636
We’ll put information together about how to contact the national sponsors.
This doesn’t mean you should not contact those local sponsors as well however. By all means, please do that in the interim !
Thank much for all of the help, you’re all the best

Marcia, do you think contacting the local people (i.e. colleges and home builders) would do much good? I was going to, but then got hesitant. Let me know what you think on that, please.
:rolleyes:January 19, 2004 at 7:40 pm #92638
maybe contacting the local station that carries it would be better.
Good point.January 19, 2004 at 8:49 pm #92644forgivenessParticipant

I echo many commercials from the Milwaukee station here(escaped the younguns after school): Bayer and Campbells, Mr Clean Erasers, Brita water- certain consumer age and gender here. Didn’t catch them all- sorry-
