I like Sylvia’s earlier stuff, but I’ve been staying away from her more recent books. Can anyone who has read this book give us a taste of what it’s like so I can decide whether it’s worth adding to my collection?October 25, 2001 at 12:15 am #72101
Pam, I read the book. I got it from the library and read it and it was kind of interesting. She tells about people who come to see her that are having pain or other problems. She hypnotizes them and then regresses them back to before their birth to find out who they were in a past life . If a person, for example was having pain in their back, she found out through the regression that the person was shot or stabbed in the back and died because of that in their past life. After the regression, the person always is freed from the pain that they suffered in this life. The book is about different cases that she worked on to help people with their pain. It was a good and very easy book to read. KimOctober 25, 2001 at 1:43 pm #71896
Koala……You hit the nail right on the head…:D This was the first book that I happen to read that I learned about what Sylvia Browne calls “Cell-Memory”. For many years I always wondered how the soul had memory from past lives! My uncle was regressed years ago and was able to see and feel 3 past lives. After the regression his painful memories/dreams/physical were GONE!

:) fabrim01, thank you. I should of given the book a higher rating but for some reason I didn’t.:( I wonder if John has ever been regressed back to a past life? I seem to remember him saying in his book or on one of his tapes that he tried regression with one of his friends, Shelly or Sandi or someone else but didn’t quite succeed. I forgot where I heard this. It would be interesting to find out about his past lives. Kim ;)October 25, 2001 at 11:58 pm #72153
That would be interesting if JE was fully regressed… :) In Sylvia’s book, it seems that within 20 min or so her Clients were under. I would like to find someone that is trust worthy and be regressed myself…. :D

fabrim01, me too. I seem to think that in some past life I lived in England or in that area. I call my mom mum for no reason and call my nieces and nephew love. I don’t know what to think. It would be interesting though for John to be regressed . It would be a good Crossing Over special. It might explain his fear of live fish! :p KimOctober 26, 2001 at 11:28 pm #72257
Kim…..I believe we had many life’s before this one! Strange that you mention, I call my mom “Mother” and the funny thing is I was raised not even speaking English. The Italians never call their mom’s “Mother”. I guess my Cell-Memory remembers allot more than I do…..:) Must be a mystery with JE being afraid of fish and growing up on the Shore of Long Island…. :D
